These guys are as good as anybody else in the area. The reason for the three-​star rating is as follows: I’ve had two different cars worked on and both times, timing was a bit of an issue. That is, the amount of time it took to finish the vehicle. However, both times required outside help, i.e.: dealership, PDR. So, none of it was really their fault; but was a bit of a hassle when it came to the rental car and having to extend the rental agreement, causing extra money out of my pocket. Other than that, the work done on the vehicles, both times, was impeccable.

Do NOT go here. I took my truck here and the owner ended up screaming in my face because I told them that I wanted my paint runs fixed… Paint runs… Paint runs. Low quality of work. I’d trust Maaco more.

I brought my car to this body shop because it was on the recommendation list from my insurance company. Somebody had keyed my drivers side door and left an 8 inch long deep scratch. When I came back 3 days later to pick up the car I discovered that they did a HORRIBLE paint job! The area of the door where the scratch was was now a vertical stripe about 2 feet wide of non-​matching silver paint. What made things worse was that they argued with me for 15 minutes about how difficult it was to match the paint. Finally they caved and agreed to redo the job.

I took my car to Summit Collision after an accident so that they could paint the front quarter panel and bumper and re-​align it. First of all, they were very rude but more importantly, I got the car back, the paint looked ok — not great (some orange peel), but ok. After driving it for several weeks, the alignment slowly started coming out until the point that my wheel was at a 20 degree angle when I was driving straight. After taking it back to talk to them they insisted I had to hit something else and it was not at all their fault. After much back and forth between them, the dealership and my insurance company, they did finally admit fault for using cheap, after-​market parts and gave me my $ 45 back (which I paid for the 2^nd alignment) but that doesn’t begin to cover the 2 days of work I had to miss or the hassle they caused me. I will never take anything back to them again!
