If i can give this a zero star i would. I just bought sundays and the one who prepare the sundays & charged me has a very bad cold. She even has a fever but was not sent home because there is no one to cover her. So if the food was contaminated with her flu & i get sick will they pay my dr visit & my meds? Why hasnt she been sent home?

Burger King is not my to go to fast food fix joint, for when I need it, but I just had to stop in to try their new Flame Grilled Chicken Burger, and while at it, I threw in an order of their Buffalo Chicken Fries. The chicken burger patty came with a good char and served on a toasted brioche bun which was quite good. The chicken patty was tasty but unfortunately they let it dry out a bit. The bun was moist and tasted good, and the tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, and onions were all fresh and had a good, with the exception of the tomatoes, had a good crunch. In the end, it was a good chicken burger, but they have to find a way to keep that chicken moist. The Buffalo Chicken Fries were a little disappointing due to the fact that they were quite dry. The buffalo sauce flavor was there and good, and the breading was crisp, the way it should be, but that inside white chicken meat was crying for moisture. I did also get an order of fries which were very good. They were a tad over salted, but they had that nice golden color, had a crispy exterior, and were very tender on the inside. This particular location was quite clean on my visit and the customer service was very good.

This place has always been cool about making food til you order it. I agree the wait time is bad but, the staff is polite and will throw in some fries or Apple pies to compensate for the long wait. The food that I got was delicious, it was the wrong order through. I have had this happen before and the manager apologized and gave me my original order for free. I will be be coming back. P. s. The staff do speak English

Burger Kings commercials with the chicken and the fries being combined had really been weighing heavy on my heart. I have been fighting the urge to try the chicken fries because I really do not eat fast food. And yet, here I was today. I had a coupon for two chicken sandwiches and fries for $ 4.99. The Chicken fries were $ 2.99 for 9 pieces. I am a fan of Burger King fries. I always have been. I was a bit sad that I couldn’t find the satisfries on the menu. The drive thru was prompt and friendly. I was surprised that the«kids menu» was almost unreadable. We actually had to ask what was available. Yes, I had my grand with me but I am not above ordering off of the children’s menu :-D. We all enjoyed our food. We shared the Chicken Fries which my grand loved and the smiles were passed around just like the food. Great job on ordering Orange Juice Z and not soda(Grandma would have let you had it if you really wanted it. Ssshhhh don’t tell)

They messed up my order twice wouldn’t give me fresh fries the cashier I’d going to tell me they were fresh yes maybe when you first made my order but after messing up my order they are no longer fresh. They mixed the old fries with some fresh fries and tried to give them to me. Hell No give me all my money back and take your nasty ASS food back. Hey Burger King get it together You Suck.
