james took my order it was amazing, he talked to me and didnt turn his back, he was doing everything i believe, he gave me my drink, collected my money, he went and got my fries & thank godness he even put napkins in the bag. i saw a manager on the floor, but he was just yelling. instead of helping, i hope james becomes a manager because i know he will do his job right. i appreciated this visit, Customer Service was unbelievable. I was treated like if i was his friend not a stranger.

To be completely honest, this Jibs is the worst Jibs Ive ever been too. VERY unprofessional staff managed to get my order wrong twice! Im not the type to complain and make a big deal about getting my order wrong. But damn these employees need some serious re-training! Bunch of goofs goofing off in the back and still have the nerve to say somthing under your breath when I got off and requested the correct order? Smh. You can say at least I got a «We apologize» or somthing but I didn t even get that lol

Horrible quality of food not being checked before preparing the food… I ordered the loaded breakfast combo and bit into a big piece of yellow plastic camouflaging into the sandwich! See attached photo! Never coming here again.

Elvia was great right now at costumer service and she also gave me the 20 ranches I requested. Usually people are rude when I ask for lots of ranch but my love for jack in the box ranch is great. She was very friendly and sweet.

Why do I keep eating here? Why?! I can tell you why I came here today. It was getting late in the day and I hadn’t had my lunch break. I opened the door to leave work and I smelled that specific aroma of a burger with onions on it. So off I went. I walked in and everything was fine — the cute little group of old folks was sitting near the bathroom as they usually do. Three young boys were waiting to order so I got in line behind them. The woman who was ordering took her sweet time ordering, and two of the three boys in front of me left to «find a good seat.» The woman ordering finally finished and the employee working the register proceeded to move at a snail’s pace until I raised my eyebrows at him like, «hello???» He then asked«are you wanting to order?» «Yes we are both waiting to order.» The young boy ordered for himself and his brothers and it was then my turn. Half-way through my order, the employee taking my order(James) walked away to bag up some counter orders and call names. Wtf? He apologized when he came back but what the heck? Then the first lady who was ordering when I got there got her food. This is where I lose it. She opens a bag and says, «Aw, you gave me value fries? I wanted small fries.» She then reached in the bag, grabbed the fries(hand all up on them), handed them to James, and James threw them back in the fryer-catch to be served to someone else!!! Wtf?! Her hand was ALLUPONTHEM. Just give her more fries. Ew! Also, when I was trying to get iced tea from the fountain drink area, a transient woman with a tongue piercing that was friends with fry-toucher woman dumped the contents of her year-old Jack in the box cup into the drain area and proceeded to shove her cup all up on the rim of the ice dispenser and the soda dispenser. This place is just gross and unsanitary. Workers and customers. Gross.

I’m tired of this place. They always make at least one small mistake each time I’ve visited and it’s grown to be annoying. Their tacos usually taste as if they’re stale by a day or two. I continued to go to this location because it was the closest location. From now on, I’ll be travelling a little further just to avoid this place.

This location is great, on a busy main stretch of road. It seems to always be packed one way or another. Drive thru or indoors. It seems to be under staffed but you can see they do try. Its like one person circus when you watch one person juggle all the customers and orders. They need to hire more people. Since living locally for 5 years ive been here a lot and the customer service has gone up a lot. The food getting out has gone up too. Faster better service. It still needs improvement but its coming along. Attentive, nice service. Fast food quality food. If you want something better go somewhere else. Fast, cheap food, go here. I even tip them sometimes when everything goes quick and right. What can you expect? Fast food

I’m not complicating too much because it is jack in the box. Their food is decent, I honestly just come because it’s cheap tacos that’ll fill me up. But the customer service is absolutely horrible. Not even the managers or supervisor(this lady) she’s just looks so mean, no smile. The other day I just came in to buy 2 tacos and I forgot to mention no cheese, so the girl just sighed and gave me my change, no smile, no nothing. Then after touching my money, she went in right on to the fries station. WITHOUTWASHINGHERHANDS. I work at a restaurant and that’s simply unacceptable! How do you go from touching money to food preparation without washing your hands. Huge gap for cross contamination. Just overall crappy crappy customer service.

Okaay I came here the other night for an ice coffee and some tacos. Thought since they got rid of the idiots that were working it would be OK… So I’m waiting at the window and notice this girl taking the drain cover off the floor. She then empties the coffee in it. She spilled some on the floor and next thing I know she’s WIPINGTHECOFFEEINTOTHEDRAINWITHHERHAND! yuk… she then put the drain back on, and continued to make coffee.(not once did she wash her hands). after she started the coffee she raced over a pulled a bag out to bag my food! uh uh don’t think so! I immediately stopped her and asked her to stay away from my food and told her why. she looked at me with the dumbest look on her face! I will never come here again even if my life depended on it. there excuse was that she was new?! TF?! so annoying and disgusting!

The worst service and food I’ve had. Not a fan of fast food but this visit was ridiculous. I’ve visited twice and both times I had items in my food and they seemed bit to care. On the 1st occasion I had a burger and on the 2n I had tacos and both times I had hair inside my food. Disgusting

I have lived near this Jack in the box off and on for about 2 ½ years, but the last 6 months this place has been super friendly, different times of the day or week, and several different employees! Only had one item about a month ago not heated through, otherwise great.

I have nothing against the food from Jack In The Box… It’s the Carport service that needs work. If I order a Breakfast Jack with 2 Tacos and there are a couple of cars in front of me, it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get in front of the carport window and then wait an extra 3 minutes after I paid for my food. Don’t get me wrong, but shouldn’t the food I ordered through the car speaker already been made during that 15 minutes I waited in the carport line? Theoretically, it should have been ready for me after I paid for it, That being said, the Breakfast Jack and 2 tacos were still BOMB… but the Carport NEEDS work.
