Purchased our house and needed all the windows in the house changed.
Based on Unilocal research, found Glass and Screens Etc.
The team showed up, measured all our windows and gave us a quote. We shopped around but their prices were very competitive relevant to quality and brand of windows.
They placed the orders, windows got delivered with a team of 4 huge men. They installed all brand new windows in our entire house. The house looks at least 15 years younger now. Just amazing. The team spent from 8 am till 7 pm completing the task (4bdr, 20 windows and doors and screens).
Personal note: If you choose to do this, know that there will be noise and some dust. So might want to leave the house for the day.

Had the best customer service ever from Mir. I had an emergency with a shattered sliding door and I called him early Sunday morning. Even though the office was closed, he proceeded to help me with step-​by-​step instructions. He saved me over $ 200 by teaching me how to handle my emergency. Glass and screens did a great job helping me replace all the missing screens in my home. I went into the store before doing my measurements and they took about 30 minutes explaining exactly how to measure the windows myself to make sure the screens were the right size. They were ready the next day and they all fit perfectly! I would highly recommend Glass and Screens Etc, excellent service, friendly staff and great prices.

These guys are GREAT! I had a broken window and called them at 8 am and spoke with Bob, by 9:30 I had the window glass replaced and they even cleaned up really well after themselves. Was so effortless and I would recommend this company to everyone!

I’ve known about this hidden gem for years. We’ve gotten windows there, screen doors, glass sliding doors, and other window-​type things for various home improvement projects over the years.
If you go to Home Depot or Lowes, you sometimes get shitty service, and those guys don’t know what they’re doing.
I went to Glass and Screens today to get a new screen put in for a window I had done with them. Originally I had thought about going to the more convenient Home Depot, but I instead took the extra 10 minutes to go to Lemon Grove. It was done in 5 minutes and it cost me nothing. Their work is guaranteed and I will keep bringing them my business and not to those big box guys. You could spend about $ 30 bucks to get the tools to do it yourself and $ 8 bucks for new screens, but if it takes these guys 5 minutes to replace a screen, why the hell would you spend anymore than $ 10 bucks?
