Consignment is available for selling your projects.

Located in Lemon Grove, customers come from all around to shop our selection of unique and vintage supplies. The best selection in all of Southern California including San Diego, Escondido, Los Angeles, North San Diego County, Temecula, and Riverside.

History

Established in 2014.

In 1976, Jean Shelton bought this store, known as «Salmagundi’s. Jean was sole proprietor for almost 35 years. Last year Jean decided that it was time to retire and made the decision to liquidate.

Although I have been a customer since 1985, it was fate that brought me to the store in October 2014. I was shopping when all of a sudden I blurted out, «Jean have you ever thought about retiring?» She replied, «Everyday!»

As I drove home I began to think about the possibility of purchasing this gem, by the time I got home I called and asked her to give me a price and by the end of the month It was mine!

The new name is «Kat’s Krafting Korner»!

Hi Everyone! I was born in Northern California and raised in Pacific Beach, Mission Bay High Class of 75. I am a Navy Veteran and an active member of VFW Post #512. I have a Universities Studies Associates’ Degree with emphasis in Science, Math and Computer Science from Grossmont College. And I am finally living my dream as a Small Business Owner.
