We had a terrible experience with this developer/​contractor. After buying a condo from JAB Development, we had to hire attorneys to get the developer to complete work that was promised as part of our purchase. (Much of this intended work was included on marketing materials and the architectural plans provided to us prior to contract.) Not only did we have to pursue JAB individually, but our association had to hire counsel to go after him collectively. Litigation took several years and cost a mini-​fortune. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere.
