First off, here’s what I liked: [+] Decent-sized campsite with shade, a picnic table, and fire pit [+] Short walk from the lake and fishing [+] Plenty of fish(even though we only caught one…) [+] Decent walk/hike that runs parallel to the lake, ends at a power plant though [-] [+] Dog-friendly [+] Deer! Some things I could have done without: [-] Bees, bees, more bees, and mosquitoes(that’s nature though…) [-] Really far [-] Really hot [-] Ice cold lake(that didn’t stop us…) Things I didn’t mind but others might: –No showers –No«beach», just little walkways to the lake All in all, not a bad experience and we still had fun. If it was not so far away, I probably would have given it a 4.
