We are family owned and operated. We believe in cooking with fresh ingredients. All of our sauces are made from scratch. Our meat is slow cooked on site all day. Our pizza dough is made by hand every day.

History

Established in 2015.

The roots of Twisted River began with Josh and Jarrett serving delicious pizza here in Lewiston. After Two Brothers Pizza closed we moved on to bigger and better ideas with BBQ and a small coffee shop vibe in the works.

Spicing things up with a feminine touch, Josh’s fiancé MJ whips up delicious breakfast and beverage items. It was clear that we make a great team and happy bellies were happening.

We want to stay true to our southern roots and continue to invent unique and wonderful menu items from fresh ingredients.

I’ve travelled over 8M air miles around this, the third rock from the sun. And gadzooks!!! These guys have THE BEST smoked hot pastrami sandwich on the planet. Full stop. They also make great take sack lunches for fishing and float boat excursions. All meat is slow smoke on the premises.
And to top it off. This is the best place to sit around over a cup of coffee and hear from all the locals what fishing hole are hitting. Enjoy.

Excellent BBQ meats and sandwiches! Had a delicious Ruben for lunch and came back the next day for tri-​tip. Friendly service in this family run café. Espresso drinks a plus.
