So this place is a small place. Slow down or you may miss it! I’ve been to this place several times now and the food is so good. It is simple and not over-dressed with fancy salsas or slaws. The menu is also pretty simple, but offers diners a variety. I usually order tacos; carnitas, tripas or carne asada. Tacos run $ 1.75 each, which is a steal for the area. Tacos in Moscow/Pullman cost much more. The tacos are made to order and you can see your food being made. The salsas are hot, but flavorful. The staff are friendly and hustle. The restaurant is busy so tables constantly need to be turned over. I’ll keep coming back; they already know my order!

Best and most«authentic» Mexican food in the LC Valley, maybe with the exception of Jose’s truck on Bridge Street in Clarkston. It’s friendly. It’s colorful. The Walla Walla tacos are amazing, but I have a hard time passing up the carne asada. If you have an appetite, might as well make it a platter. Horchata is a must. See you tomorrow!

Love this place. Amazing authentic food and friendly staff. Love how they always say see you tomorrow when we leave. Cracks us up every time.

Food is amazing here. I’ll give them that. But having your 8 year old daughter loudly playing inappropriate music on her iPod while I’m trying to talk with my 12 year old daughter and enjoy lunch is really unacceptable. Then the little girl came right up to my table and started dancing very inappropriatein front of us. Wow. Not what I took my daughter out to lunch for. I asked twice for the owners to make her stop and they ignored my request. We left with our food in to go boxes. Despite the tasty food, we will not be returning. Lack of class by family running this restaurant is disappointing.

Go to Tacos Cecy if you want the type of Mexican comfort food that your favorite Tia would make for you. The sopas are to die for! The tongue burritos are pure heaven. Service is great. Every guest gets a «See you tomorrow! «when they leave. Bueno!

Easily the best Mexican food in the LC valley. Blows El sombrero out of the water. The service is great, food comes fast, and the food is delicious. The one downfall is their kids running about, however, it is authentic so I wouldn’t expect any different. I recommend this place to people all the time.

This is real Mexican food with such a powerful flavor explosion in my mouth. They even have horchata! I have yet to find a better place. Love the super nachos!

The real deal, a true hole-in-the-wall Mexican joint. I’ve had the beef fajitas twice and they’re the best I’ve eaten this side of the Red River. Battered translucent red CocaCola cups, chipped Formica countertops and real Mexican natives cooking and serving the goods. For those who like to eat«Mexican» food that tastes worse than the cloth napkins accompanying it, in an «Authentic»(not) setting, you can head up the hill to El Sombrero where they’ll serve you chile relenos with scrambled eggs in them [shudder].

So-so-so yummy! Lived in San Diego for 7 years, been in Palouse for 29 years & this is the BEST Mexican food for 50-mile radius from Moscow ID. Tamales fabulous AND homemade! chili relents are cooked to order and can see them make them. Never had a bad meal here, so far. I even drive the miles to take-out our dinner home. Authentic!

I’m from Southern California and this is still my favorite authentic taco spot. The prices are really good and the food is even better. The owners always say«see you tomorrow» when you leave. Unfortunately they probably will ;)

About as authentic as it gets! We love this little place. Service is always quick and friendly. I can’t break away from the Wet Burrito! It’s excellent. The spice is just the right warmth no need to add and not too hot. Try it out! It would receive 5 stars but there is no AC and it is 100*+ outside and not much cooler inside.

Good, authentic tacos, as served in taco stands in different areas of Mexico. They have a nice selection of flavors: chicken, tongue, chorizo, beef, etc., plus you can order a bottle of cerveza with your meal if you so desire. Service is pretty fast, even during the lunch rush. Nice people: a good place for a quick meal. If I want a taco, which is often, this is where I go in the L-C Valley.

Some of the most flavorful Mexican food I’ve had, and at a great price! The Walla Walla tacos with shredded beef are money!

As a Mexican food snob, and more specifically, a New Mexican food snob, this is the BEST Hispanic food in the valley! The ONLY true Hispanic food in the valley(other then my kitchen). I’ve had some very unique dishes from this friendly, little joint. They don’t know what red or green chile is, but they do a nice job despite this. Their chirizo and shredded pork are my favorites. Try a stuffed chile rellano(made with Plabano peppers… odd), very good! I love watching them cook. My one complaint is they need a hotter fresh salsa. Not all people in the valley have weak pallettes!

I’m visiting family here and we grabbed some tacos from Tacos Cecy for dinner last night. They were delicious — very authentic and just the right balance of tortilla, meat, and toppings. It’s very easy to get«real deal» taqueria food where we live and this place measures up 100%. The Walla Walla asada tacos are a definite must, and their horchata(sweet cinnamon rice drink) is the best I’ve ever had.

Excellent! We drove in from Olympia and my wife was super hungry. After several years in California and a few friends that owners and operated a Mexican restaurant, it’s hard to find good authentic food. This was both! Food was REALLY good, cheap, and fast. Great service as well. Don’t let the outside of the building fool you.

Being from Southern California where there is an abundance of «authentic» Mexican food, we are often disappointed when in a new area. NOTTHISTIME. The people were pleasant, the atmosphere was very friendly, and the food was delicious. We had carnitas tacos. The green sauce was great! While we can’t «See you tomorrow» we will see you every time we pass this way.

I’m from Eugene, OR and was headed to the Washington State football game. I found this place on Unilocal and I’m glad I did. For such a middle of nowhere place like, I was shocked. Absolutely the best traditional Mexican food I’ve had since I lived in Mexico for a few months. The gorditas were absolutely amazing and authentic. I also had like 5 tacos, one of each flavor they were crazy good. If you like true Mexican food, you’re probably not going to find much better anywhere, which includes even Mexico itself. The prices were very agreeable. I wish this place was closer to where I lived or I’d be a regular. Do yourself a favor and eat here if you somehow find yourself in Lewiston, Idaho.
