Very rude people. Very very unprofessional! We only waited and wasted two weeks to get in touch with them, unreliable company.

I ordered a bedroom set from a big brand store, I put down a deposit and thought I was happy with what I selected. I woke up in the middle of the night about a week later realizing I was going to spend way too much on something that wasn’t going to last for a long time. I started my search all over!!! I found Dallas Design Furniture online, they had so many sets to choose from. I called the store and got the owner Lindsey on the phone, she was soooo nice and helpful. We decided on a beautiful rustic set, I could tell the quality of the wood was much better the the big brand stores. The prices were unbelievable!!! We saved so much money and received a much nicer set! The bed had to be shipped across the country and Lindsey made sure it went smoothly!!! I am in love with my bedroom set and I highly recommend Dallas Design Furniture, their customer service is amazing!

Great communication and fast delivery (next day) if the item is in stock (which mine was). I asked if they could customize the order to change out certain chairs in my dining room set and they happily accommodated me and discounted since the side chairs were less expensive than the arm chairs. Pricing is fair, but you can find items cheaper online. You won’t receive the level of service delivery elsewhere though. Delivery guys were great. Marcos went above and beyond to ensure my new set was blemish free, and when it wasn’t he took the time to change out the legs and table top away from his own time. He was friendly and courteous. Don’t expect to haggle much on pricing though because they’re pretty unrelenting. All in all I’d totally buy from them again.

Love the furniture, best pricing, outstanding customer service! Delivery was free and we received our order in 2 days. Will be back when we are ready for more furniture.
