at first sight I loved place. we came for the counter hight table with lazy suzan which one was on sale at that time there. we got it for 300 $ less, also we got a couch and I were really happy with the purchase, they delivered almost at time(I waited for them for our and a half). Anyway after table were installed we notice that lazy suzan turns just a half way and stops. we letted them know about it and it took me a lot of calling and rescheduling to get them to check the table. Anyway they checked, «find» the problem and schedular other apt. to change counter top of the table. They did it finally after our constant phone calls and guess what it still didn’t worked. I called them and instead to change whole table or base from it he say that lazy suzan not suppose to turn fast(it didn’t move at all!!!) and if I want I will use it that way!!! well after that everybody can guess that we got the table back in the same day(they came to pick up table back really fast and in time!!!) And this was not all, it took us 2,5 months to get our money back!!! they didn’t answered our phone calls unless you block you number or call from other phone. It was crazy HORRIBLE exspiriens for us. I should check reviews before go to the store, because if you purchase from them furniture not in perfect condition they not will take care of it and will avoid you as much as it will take them, this is what you will read in most reviews.

Patricia was friendly and very helpful in selecting furniture, though she did try a couple of «quick-sale» tactics, like mentioning inventory shortages and warehouse time lines that really didn’t make much sense. Still, I’m overall very happy with the furniture I purchased. The delivery, however, is a different story. It had to be re-scheduled several times, and still ended up being over 4 hours later than promised. Instead of an apology for the hassle of waiting so long for them(as would have been expected), I encountered defensiveness and justifications. I was planning to use House of Décor for additional furniture purchases in the near term, but after the delivery experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere instead.
