O’Reilly Auto Parts

I was very impressed with the level of customer service at this O’Reilly’s location. I called early this morning and the person I spoke with was very friendly on the phone. When I got to the store itself I was waited on quickly and unlike some other auto stores I’ve been in was not made to feel like the complete mechanically-​disinclined person I am. Read: they didn’t make me feel stupid! Anyway, I went in to have them check out the Check Engine light which just came on in my car. We went out to my car and they were quickly able to read me the error code and gave me some advice on how to proceed. Later in the day I decided to try to fix the problem myself and called them back to place an order for a part. Again I was waited on promptly and was treated very well. Excellent customer service, I’ll definitely head back should the need arise.
