Clean and quiet. Room rates are reasonable. Shopping and restaurants are a short walk away. Pretty much what you would expect from a middle of the road Hilton property.

I am staying at this property with a bus tour of forty senior citizens. We arrived after dark in a down pour. We were met by two smiling faces at the front desk who were well prepared for our arrival. They had plenty of staff on hand to deliver our luggage to our rooms, and did so with grace and efficiency. Here Quinton was a great help. They even helped find the owner of an unmarked bag. After settling in many of our group proceeded to the lounge for a bite to eat. Now Quinton was here to take our order, and when he said he’d go get it, he meant cook it and deliver it. The man is a courteous, friendly, helpful Jack of all trades and is to be commended for his dedication to his job. The rooms are gorgeous and well maintained. One maintenance issue was resolved quickly and with good humor. I’m sorry we will only be here one night, I’d like to enjoy this place a little longer!

I love this hotel. The location is hard to beat, and the friendly staff, comfortable beds, ample hot water and very nice onsite restaurant and bar make it a «no-brainer». They are also dog-friendly(with fee).

Attended a study group here. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had free wi-fi. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. We had a breakfast and lunch served to our group. Food was appetizing but not super. I was on the 5th floor and it was nice and quiet. Meeting rooms were spacious and well-equipped. I recommend.

Really 3 and 1 half stars but not an option on Unilocal. We stayed for breeders cup as the lodging closer to track was not available. Let’s start with the good– very nice friendly staff except for«older gentlemen — Fred who doesn’t know customer relations. Checking a breeze with mobile check in. The rooms marked 410 or 428(comparable on 5 and 6 th floors) are only ones I would stay in. The little one bed suites are good for family. The staff at breakfast was great. Typical kind Lexington folks. I lived here, so I know. The king bed was foam mattress, we loved it. Little things– lack of towel racks, no bathroom vent — bad for family of three or four. Rooms need extra half bath. sofa bed mattresses need replacing and linen should be in room to make bed. Not enough light neat kitchen bar– but has minifridge. Not enough outlets to charge devices. Walls paper thin. Heard retching in room next door middle of the night. Felt like he was right next to you, so much so, that my son came up to me and asked me if I was alright because he thought it was me! The rooms need little TLC. But not anything horrific in our room. No bellmen but handy plentiful carts. Parking lot needs to be bigger. Instructions with the breakfast vouchers shoved under door first night. Should have delivered vouchers to me in hand at check in. Remember — we are paying non refundable top dollar to be in this room over the breeders cup weekend. So we expect $ 500 dollar equivalent amenities. The end rooms have wall of windows and keeping the room to temp was dry difficult. The really bad: Unfortunately it is unchangeable. The design is poor. The atrium looks great at first glance– but the central open areas echo sound to rooms. Heard the bar till late and can’t imagine first floor room next to open areas– weird design. Couple with rooms toward the Lexington Greene– we heard the walls shake with the Saturday night club in the vicinity — unbelievably loud. The temp in room is also difficult to control.

5 stars. Stayed here multiple times with great service and rooms. Always sleep great here. Home away from home during work. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by for what you need.

Why 5 stars? Because why not? — — — I have absolutely no complaints about my night in this hotel, but I’m also not hard to please. I travel to Lexington four times a year, and that’s really all I look for in a hotel: 1) Fairly priced. 2) Halfway decent rooms. 3) Centrally located — not too far from the airport, and not to far from the middle of town. BONUS) Free WiFi would be nice. While they didn’t come through on the bonus point, I really enjoyed my brief stay here. The hotel is located behind a giant shopping center, and right next to a restaurant called Palmer’s, so if you’re needing that level of convenience, I’d definitely recommend staying here. The only mild complaint is some minor maintenance being needed in the bathroom. Little aesthetic things like some grout and dry wall being replaced would go a long way to making these rooms even nicer.

The rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. My wife and I stayed here after going to a comedy show. We arrived and there was a guy working the front desk and he was by far the rudest person I’ve met that works hospitality. It seemed every time we asked a question we «annoyed» him. Something simple as what’s the fastest way to our room got a sheewww and a rolling of his eyes. Needless to say I emailed and called the corporate office and they offered me half my money back on a prepaid credit card that could only be used to book a room at this hotel… After dealing with this guy, a ac that wouldn’t come on and only made a loud noise then having to move to a new room only for the TV not to work. we basically said screw it and went to sleep just to get the night over with. I still to this day have the little credit card they mailed us like 2 months later sitting in my junk drawer never to be used…

Stay there one night. The lake side has nice view. However, the street noise can be heard from the rooms. We originally was offered the top floor(gold status) but since the room was next to a vending machine, we asked for one that is not next to. We then was move to the 4th floor.

As soon as I checked in yesterday, I was welcomed by two very warm fellows. The desk man as well as the shuttle man. They engaged in stimulating conversation and shortly after I got settled in my room they called to make sure everything was good with the room. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I love the updated décor. The bar area downstairs is nice and there are plenty of places within walking distance in the mall behind the hotel. I will stay there again next time I’m in the area.

Spacious room but the bathroom could have been recaulked as much of it was mildewed and missing. No free wifi unless you are a gold member. You have to get your own bags e like a motel. There was some kind of expo set up in the lobby by a charitable organization and this made it difficult to pass the luggage cart through. Nobody cared that the tables and displays were blocking the walkways.

Kein kostenloses W-LAN

I think this hotel is an updated, upgraded Embassy Suites. Its a bit nicer than an ES, but the hotel and room layout is the same. Was here on business and have no complaints. Everything was satisfactory and the hotel staff was super nice.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I stayed in a double suite and it was so nice and spacious. My complaints are only minor. No free wi-fi!!! Come on Hilton really? The $ 100+ you are getting an night not enough for you?! Also the breakfasts options suck and are overpriced. Overall really great experience and I can’t wait to stay here when I am in the bluegrass again!

The property is slightly older, but fairly clean. We had to make two service calls just to get the air-conditioner started. The restaurant on the property is nice, but service was inconsistent. Also be aware of having your room on the back of the property, as it backs up to an outdoor restaurant that has late night performances… we switched rooms the second night. I would it give this hotel a 2 ½, but since it is Hilton Full Service, I have to go with just 2.

We booked a room through for one night here. When we arrived, the man at the front desk told us the King Bed room we reserved was not available, but that a Double or a King smoking were. We told him we wanted the room we had reserved, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t have it. No apology, just a shrug of the shoulders. After speaking to the customer service people at , they called Barry at the front desk, and apparently told him to give us the room, because he told us that they had suddenly received a cancellation, and our King non smoking room was available. He was terse, still no apology, pretty awful customer service. An annoying 30 minute ordeal. The hotel has an open atrium and all the rooms open to it. It feels like a Convention Center hotel. The room itself was fine, the livingroom furniture was tattered and there was a large stain on the carpet floor. The bed was comfortable but the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The pool faces Joseph Beth Books and is pretty small. $ 10 to use their Wifi, which I think is ridiculous. If given the chance, I would find another hotel in Lexington to stay, but it wasn’t the worst place.
