I have been here a few times, two of those times Devon has been the person to help me out. He has been one of the best customer service representatives that I have ever encountered. He always has a smile and provides fast and efficient service.
Every time I come service is completed quickly, usually within 15 – 20 minutes. The prices are reasonable and the service keeps me coming back.
I would suggest you asking for Devon whenever you come in and if any type of upper management reads this please give him a raise and have him teach people how customer service should be given. He is a person that you should value and do whatever you need to do to keep.

We bought tires here yesterday and I was really impressed with their business from start to finish. It was easy to schedule a Sunday appointment (they’re open all day), prices were great, the employees were friendly and professional, and after telling us it would take an hour, our car was ready in 50 minutes and they didn’t try to charge or sell us anything other than the installment we came in for. We’ve purchased tires from two other places in Lexington and both took almost three times as long as they’d said they would take and tried to sell us a bunch of other services. I have no intention of ever buying tires anywhere other than Ken Towery’s in the future. Thank you!
