Mark’s Master Service began the Wood Floor Face-​LIfting process 30 years ago after seeing that there is a real need for this simple and less expensive option for homeowners. Many hardwood floors have what I call «surface problems» and don’t need to be cut or conventionally sanded. Instead I use a process which prepares the surface of your wood floors for a new coat of finish. Your hardwood flooring then receives a new drink of polyurethane which makes them come alive once again. This process is great for homeowners who plan to list their homes for sale or for the new owner of a home who wants to zip up the floors before moving in.
