Lexington’s premier organic sushi eatery, Sushi Express has been serving customers ethically sourced, lovingly prepared sushi since 2001.

Sushi Express is conveniently located in the Good Foods Co-​op, so customers can pick up their sushi with their groceries, with a bottle of wine for an impromptu picnic, or with any of the wide variety of delicious offerings at the Café. We also offer delivery for businesses and events in the form of party trays. Family owned and operated, Sushi Express gives each tray, each seaweed salad, each spring wrap individual attention. History

Established in 2001.

After years of experience in both the restaurant and the takeaway sushi industries, Sushi Express officially opened its doors inside the Good Foods Co-​op in 2001. This family owned and operated grab-​and-​go sushi eatery has been organic from day one, working with ethically raised materials to delicious and healthy ends.
