Oh where to start… I know, I should have never come here. So we walk up to the entrance and there’s already a couple of sales people outside. Now I’m not a Toyota fan, but I know a ton of people who are and my dad has owned a few in the past. I was hoping this experience was going to make me a Toyota fan, but it didn’t. My friend was looking for a new mid-​size car and we decided to look at the top 7 on the market. We had already test drove 2 other makes, but still wanted to test drive them all. So we get this young guy who’s name I’m not going to say. He’s going through the whole list of questions that every car dealership ask you. One of the questions is how much are you going to put down. Well my friend has saved up a good bit of money and was going to pay cash. Well he just couldn’t believe that and went on and on and on about how amazing it was and blah blah blah. Then he asked her what her credit score was and she said it was in the 730s. Then he starts with well we could get you a new car and a low interest-​rate since it’s so good. We told him that we weren’t interested and that we wanted one that was a year old with low miles. Then he sees my Apple Watch and is making over how expensive they are, how cool they are, and all this stuff. I’m like it’s not even that much (it’s the Sport Edition, starts at $ 250 when its on sale.) and I’m like why are you making over all this stuff when it comes to money. It’s unprofessional and uncomfortable. Now it’s time to go look at a car and we get into a Lexus 350 to take us to the car. Now I drive on the fast side, but WOW I have never gone that fast through a parking lot with someone who doesn’t even own the car. Then he tries to sell us the 350 which was older and had way more miles than we were wanting. Then he started to say how awesome the 350’s V6 engine was and how four-​cylinders sucked. So I asked him what did he drive and he said a four-​cylinder Toyota Camry, I almost died laughing. So then we finally go on a test drive and to be honest the car just was not near the quality or as nice to drive as the other cars we drove that day, it also smelled like cigarettes. So we told him that we would not be buying a car that day and that we would have to think about it. Well that made him so PO and he was mad the rest of the time we were there. The remaining part of the test drive he wouldn’t even hardly speak and was on his phone the whole time.
Needless to say we will not be back to this Toyota dealership.
On another note we liked the 2015 V6 Chevy Impala, 2014 Four-​cylinder turbo Ford Fusion, 2014 – 2015 four-​cylinder Chevy Malibu and 2014 V6 & four-​cylinder Honda Accord way more then the 2014 – 2015 Toyota Camry.

This is the second time I’ve been to the service department. The first time I had to take my car there because I was in an accident and my insurance sent me there to get the damaged looked at. It was an okay experience, I didn’t have an appointment so I expected to wait a while. It took about 15 minutes before someone helped me and it was not a bad experience. I had heard that the service department was lacking from my friend but I decided to give it a try anyhow. Well, today I had an appointment to get my oil changed and tired rotated. It took :25 minutes for me to see a service manager just to check my car in. I didn’t get passed that point… I asked what took so long, and I was told «There’s only three of us today». There was no, «sorry for your wait» or anything. I asked how long it would take and she said 1 hour and 30 minutes. Well I said, thanks but never mind… I don’t feel that they are customer service oriented and will never go there again.

Update:
The only apology i received was the half hearted one from the general manager. Even after I contacted Jhoniel, he never replied. After speaking with other people, they also had bad experiences with the sales dept at Auto Nation Toyota. Ridiculous. I ended up purchasing my car from another dealer and had a MUCH better buying experience. I won’t be returning to Auto Nation again.

This review is for both the service and sales departments. To be clear, the sales department leaves much to be desired. They have absolutely no sense of urgency and despite how prepared you are as a buyer, they will delay extensively for no apparent reason. Getting there first thing on a Saturday morning with excellent credit, financing secured, knowing exactly which car I want, not caring about color and declining a test drive, it still took 6 hrs to get paperwork done and they still made a ton of mistakes that caused me to have to return the next day.
Now to the positive, the service department has been an absolute delight to work with. LaMarques has been my service advisor but everyone I’ve encountered has been polite and efficient. I’ve never felt overcharged and they have always allowed me to make my own decisions as opposed to the usual «your car is gonna die if you don’t get this done today». Overall, I’m very grateful for them professionalism.

This is my 3^rd time bringing my Pruis in for its regular maintenance. I get the same bad service every time. From the day I signed the purchase on the car I feel they were done with me. It took me weeks of calling to get anyone to answer simple questions I had. Then I bring my car in for my first maintenance. Sit around waiting to be helped for 15min. When I finally get help I get told a wait time that was twice what I was told on the phone. I ended up speaking with the service manager on the phone. He explained all the things he was doing to make the service department better. He is a nice guy. Gives me his # for any future issues. The last time I came in was the same thing. Misquoted wait time and sitting in my car waiting to be spoken to or even acknowledged as a customer. A simple «be right with you sir» would sure go a long way instead of the averted eyes. This time is no exception. Waited in car to get spoken to. Watched guy behind me walk up to what was obviously his friend and get dealt with before me. I finally get fed up with waiting and go to speak to someone. Guy actually sees me coming and turns away without saying anything. So I walked up to the car he was in and asked if I could get someone to help me. I get waved off and told «someone will help you soon.» So I pull my car in and wait longer. If you simply had someone that’s only job was to GREET your customers it would go a long way. Think host at a restaurant. Said person speaks to customers to just say hello and take keys then give a time frame. Simple solution to show you give half a frik about your customers.
I will NOT be coming back here ever. I can’t imagine how mad I would be if these weren’t the free services offered when I purchased my car.

My husband purchased a Tundra about a year ago and has it serviced at Autonation Toyota and raves about the people there. When it came time for me to trade in my Escape, I decided to try Toyota since my husband is always please with their service. On 7÷5÷15 I purchased a used Camry Hybrid. On the test drive I asked if the car had the «push to talk» feature (Voice dialing/​Voice command) as I do a lot of business from the road and it’s vital for me. My sales rep Coco stated it had blue tooth and the phone buttons on the steering wheel so yes, that feature was part of the car. I liked the hybrid but I wanted to add navigation and leather to it so I worked that into the deal for them to install it. My husband and I purchased the car and drove home. We were very please with the fuel economy of the vehicle. Upon confirming my appointment to drop off my car to have these items installed I spoke with Coco again on Thursday and I asked her about the «push to talk feature» because I couldn’t seem to get it to work. She said she would look into it and get back to me. I also asked about our refund check too. Again, she told me she would get back to me. I received no phone call from Coco until my son dropped my car off at Toyota on Sunday. Coco called me about insurance and while I had her on the phone I again asked about the voice command. She asked me if I had the arrow buttons and the phone buttons on the car. She stated she didn’t know the model of my car well but if I had those buttons I had the voice command and that when I came in to pick up my car she would show me how to use it. I asked about paying additional for a back up camera to be installed and she said she would look into it. This morning Coco calls me and informs me we can install the back up camera for addition monies and I agree to bring a check up to the dealership. Once again, I try and confirm that she will be able to show me how to use my voice command. She says she needs to go out to the vehicle and look at it since it’s been a. I’m a bit confused at this point but I don’t say anything. About an hour later she phones me and states my car does not have the voice command feature and it cannot be installed. Again, I reiterate to her how important this feature is and it would’ve been a deal breaker had the correct information been conveyed to me during the test drive. I further explain I’d like to cancel the deal. At this point in the conversation she hangs up on me.
I call the dealership back and ask to speak to the general manager. Naturally «he’s in a meeting» but the receptionist was happy to take my name and number to have him call me. A few moments later I receive a phone call from Ramone, the sales manager. Ramone was calling to explain the difference between blue tooth and voice command. At this point I’m extremely frustrated and Ramon and I get off on the wrong foot but we did turn the phone call around and he agreed to do some research on my issues. A little while later he phones me and tells me he’s certain I cannot have the voice command feature installed in my car. At this point, I don’t even know what to say because this literally will impact my daily work so I ask him what his suggestion is to solve this issue because clearly the item I purchased was misrepresented not to mention the sales rep hung up on me. He did not have a solution for me. I am quite remiss that my experience was horrible and no one in that building had a solution for my problem. I will never buy anything else or recommend this dealership to anyone. Sadly, this experience has also ruined my husband’s viewpoint as well and he will not buy any more of their trucks for his business.

Scott Tolison is a great service advisor. He’s straight forward. Pretty accurate. Helpful. Good personality.
The lounge is pretty comfortable. Decent wifi. Oh, and true, like the other people have said, it does take a little long to get checked in. But i mean if theyre busy, then what can you say right ¯\(°_°)/¯.

So it is currently 5:24pm and I have been here since 12:27 for my 12:30 appointment. I pull in and sit there for about 5 minutes before anyone comes over to me. the guy finally comes over and says someone will be right with you. 10 minutes later as I’m still sitting in my car frustrated because they are helping people that drove in AFTER me he finally comes back over. «Has anyone helped you» sir if someone helped me I still wouldn’t be sitting in this car. I tell him I have an appointment for a steering column recall (1 hour) and received an extended warranty for my trunk lid (30 minutes). I also tell him to please check my brakes because they squeak and seem like they are going bad. He said it would take about 2 hours which I expected since in the past when I use to come here often it was always minimum 2 hours even for my scheduled oil change. At about 3:30 I went to the car area and my advisor was missing so I asked another guy what is going on its been 3 hours. He said he would check on it and I didn’t hear back from him until 30 minutes later when he was telling someone else their car was ready. «Oh yea did he come talk to you» NO HE DID NOT. This was at 4pm then at 4:40pm a different guy tells me he is sorry the tech forgot my car. I thought I heard him wrong so I said you are not telling me I sat here for over 4 hours and my car has not been touched. To make a long story short they can get someone to do it NOW but I will wait another hour or come back. I explained I am NEVER coming back here so please fix it so I can go. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I took off 4 hours of work to come to Toyota and run SEVERAL other errands that can’t be done on the weekend. Now I have to take off once again next week to finish what was supposed to be done today. I had an issue with this same Toyota on my last visit when they told me I needed a new transmission in my 2010 car. I took my car to 3 other shops and was told my seal was broke and it would be $ 200 to fix versus Toyota’s $ 7000 transmission estimate. Since then I have not had ANY issues. Since then I said I would never come back unless I have to and obviously I had to come back for the recalls issues to be fixed. Pissed is an understatement. So now it is 5:40 and i finally get my car. They give me my paperwork and I said did they checked the breaks like I asked. «Um no but we can» I just took the paper and left. I did let the supervisor know and he said they will be having a meeting tomorrow. As I was driving out of course the salesman tried to sell me a car. I told him I woul NEVER buy another Toyota because I don’t want to step foot in a Toyota service center. Last thing please Toyota do not have anymore recalls soon so I don’t have to come back!

Brought my car for the 5K maintenance check for 1130am appointment. Waited 15 min before anyone took my name down. Understood, it seemed like a busy time. Was told the wait was about an hour It is now 148pm and my car has not even gone back yet for the tire rotation. It seems that this place is ridiculously understaffed and has not figured out the best way to communicate with their customers, most which have at least waited the same duration as myself. While the gentleman who I asked was very polite and gracious, driving all the way out here and waiting almost 2 ½ hours for a tire rotation hardly seems worth the trouble. I seriously doubt I will waste my time here again. I am empathetic to the fact that you never know what you are going to find out what’s wrong with a car until you look and that there must be constant communication with the customer once a problem is found, but for those people that are here for regular maintenance this wait time is frustrating.
Going on hour 3…

I’ve just spent the last 4 hours of my life in the service center just to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was due for my 10,000 miles maintenance that’s included with the Toyota Care for two years. I should have known better to bring my car because the last time I waited over 2 hours. Then when I finally noticed that my car had been ready for a while and no one had notified me they could not find my service sheet which would’ve showed how long my car had been ready. All of this to use the services provided to me for free after purchasing my car. Next time I will just spend the $ 30 and go to Jiffy Lube that never takes more than one hour.

The service center is the WORST. I am so fed up with this location and have finally had it. To be honest, I really probably shouldn’t be writing a review about this place at this exact moment and how upset I am, but if I don’t how will they know what TERRIBLE, IDIOTIC service they have? I only go to this location when I am desperate and need IMMEDIATE help. Which in the last six years of owning two Scions I could count on one hand – so maybe five-​six times. I usually go to Sandy Springs Toyota and drive almost forty minutes ONE WAY because of the STELLAR and EXCELLENT service I get there – no matter how backed up, busy, overworked, and tired they are! WHY, WHY, WHY is this service center at Thornton Road that is only fifteen minutes from my house so pathetic and atrocious? Again, today, I was desperate and was scared to drive on a bum tire (I had a drywall screw in it) all the way to SST, so out of desperation stopped in. I was not greeted, acknowledged, and one of the service guys told a line guy to not let any more walk ins come or take any more appointments. I was like what??? It was only 1pm on a Saturday??? Which of course, because I had just pulled in made me feel like I was unimportant — especially after my «warm» welcome and greeting — NOT…anyway, after waiting about six or seven minutes and not being properly greeted by a service adviser – which by the way the line guy, bless his heart was so sweet and was trying to help, but just didn’t have the experience yet to know what to do and asked if I would wait for the adviser to get off the phone — sure, no problem… waiting, waiting, waiting… finally I told one guy, hey look, I can see you are busy and I just need some air in my tire just enough to get me to Sandy Springs Toyota and get this tire plugged. He was like okay…(in my head I am thinking really?!! – still no greeting, no offer of when he could help me, no concern for the issue at all!!)…so he asked the line guy to fill my tire and said to put FORTY lbs. of pressure in my tire… not only was this WAYYYYY over what is normal, but I have low profile tires and with the drywall screw in there on 285 going at 65mph, would and could have been a recipe for disaster! Fortunately, I am not a DUMB woman and I asked the line guy politely to not put more in than 34. That should be fine and I will drive slower to get to where I needed to go. This location is so ridiculous. Not only did they not have time for me, my car, my business, but obviously do not have time to use good sense for safety and concern. I can’t stand the Thornton Road Service center and they are a disgrace to the quality of the Toyota Scion name.

First off, I have to give 5 stars to Josh Almond and the Sales Department. He was my salesperson and was extremely helpful throughout the process was attentive to my wants and needs and continues to answer questions that I have about my 2014 Corolla.
I would give 5 stars to the rest of the departments, until I went back and cancelled my extended warranty that I originally purchased. I decided that the warranty was not worth it to me, along with the fact that I felt more comfortable buying an extended warranty directly from Toyota rather than the Fidelity warranty the dealer sells. I went back in and the finance manager Karrie went from extremely nice and personable to cold and short with me once I told her I’d like to cancel it. She pressured me about keeping it for at least 10 minutes, even bringing in her manager to further pressure me into keeping it. Granted, they did cancel the warranty, but after that she was not very pleasant to work with and I wish they would have just did it the first time I had asked.
This attitude became even more apparent after my registration papers were sent to the wrong address (I bought the car in Georgia and was having it registered in Maryland). I tried working with Karrie asking if I could get another temporary tag since it was their mistake, and she said that she couldn’t do it. After going directly to the finance department (Keisha Carter was extremely helpful and got everything straightened out — 5 stars to her), it turned out she could actually make me a new tag.
Regardless, I did eventually get my tag and the car is registered in Maryland as planned. The actual buying process was very quick and stress free, mostly due to Josh’s help. Also, Karrie was very good at going through the finance part of the process, I just wish she took a bit better to me canceling the warranty.

Bought a new Camry here in March of this year. That experience was a 4 star experience. This is my second visit for service maintenance on the car (10k). I’ve made an appointment each time weeks in advance and just not sure that really means anything here. The first visit appt was in the morning and was told that would help get me in and out quickly. Well I arrived about 5 minutes ahead of time and was fairly quickly met as I arrived and was told they were swamped and it would be about 1 ½ hours to get the service complete (basically an oil change). The more I thought about it the more irritated I was. So I decided to email the General Manager. I am pleased to say he responded back within minutes and I was out in about 55 mins. So, I did appreciate his quick action. He also said he would be reminding his staff what the term «appointment» means and that he was very sorry. Well, when I called to make the second appointment, the person said they are no longer taking morning appointments on Saturdays. She said it was due to them having so many people show up in the morning without appointments. I must admit it was a little frustrating that they are rewarding poor planners and relegating those that do plan ahead and are proactive to the afternoon. However, I did appreciate they were at least listening to me and clearly others and trying to address the concerns. So, I made it for the first time she has which was 1 pm.
Well, I arrived at 12:55 and got off to a far slower start this time than before. It was 1:12 before anyone came up to the car to help. The gentleman simply said what do you need? I said I have a 1 pm appointment for the 10k service. He simply walked away and went and looked inside the car and completed a form and said we will take care of you as soon as we can. Here’s the timeline from there:
2:00 — still waiting… no update.
2:25 — done
1 hr and 25 min for an oil change and tire rotation. Just not a fan so far. Somehow I’ve gotta find a way to make an appt here that means the time they say. Stay tuned for the 15k visit…

Yet again, the service department lets me down. Done with this place. Would rather drive clear across Atlanta to a dealership than go right down the street to this place.
Didn’t even mention my 30K miles service when it came up. I’m at 37K now … been there at least 5 or 6 times since then. They were not concerned in the least if they got anything done, as long as they were able to say they completed something. How does a service department NOT want to milk their customers for every dollar? When they are apparently lazy …
While we’re on the subject, about a year ago had to ask them to add oil because the engine in a hybrid 2012 Toyota Camry sounded like a diesel truck and the dipstick said it was low — after getting an oil change 2 weeks before that. They said nothing was wrong when I brought it to them the first time. Rode another 2 days and brought it back demanding they put oil In it. Mysteriously, after excuses like ‘the engine sucks up the oil and that’s why it looks low’ … the truck sound goes away and the oil level is in spec.
Going to World Toyota now. They seem to know what they’re doing because they could pull up on the FIRST visit what was not done at multiple visits at AutoNation.
And I don’t even want to get Into a review of the buying process of my 12 Camry Hybrid with that con-​artist Shawn … let’s just leave it at you should avoid this place.

4 to 5 Stars for the Sales Department. Bought a great used car from them. Had friendly sales team that assisted me in each step along the way. Car was «detailed» before I drove off the lot, and they could have done a better job.
2 Stars for the Service Department. When I got home I noticed my oil was leaking because when they serviced the car (oil change), they did not replace the oil plug washer. I used to do this for a living and this is a mistake. Granted, Subaru’s have unique washers, but why not wait for the part and do it right? Anyway, this was a pain because I had to first buy the washer from Subaru, then take it to my local Autonation service center for them to fix it, but they were quite helpful.

Convenient, friendly service, and stay open later on the weekdays (till 7pm). I came in for an oil change. It was going to be an hour but they were done within 30 minutes. The later time a big plus so I’ll be back to this location to get my car serviced.

My roommate brings his Toyota SUV here to be serviced. It’s pretty much like most car dealerships service departments. You can sit and wait comfortably (it’s a clean waiting room) at this location while your car is being serviced. Our wait is never long.
They open at 7 AM sharp during the week and on Saturday as well. I like the fact that they send tons of coupons to our house for his SUV. And yes they will take cars that are not Toyota at least to change your oil.

Stellar service! I cannot emphasize enough on the importance of what ONE employee can do for the company! It is, for the most part, very true, that one person is enough to make and break the reputation of a business, and so far, Team Toyota in Lithia Springs, GA delivered. It has been a little over a month since I went there, so forgive me for not remembering the name of the employee (I will repost his name as soon as (and if) I find my receipt.
Came here to get my keys programmed and get my oil changed. I made an early morning appointment and had to change for a later afternoon reservation. It was fast and easy. The only thing is that during the prompt, it asks you to chose what you are calling for. I press the correct number for «services» and twice, someone answered, I tell them what I need, and they say «oh, you want to talk to services,» then they transfer me … mmm??? I did request for services… but oh well, very minor set back, but something they may want to check with their phone service.
However, I came in, the guys were very professional and quickly assisted me even though I was thirty minutes earlier than my appointed time. At first, they were not sure if they will have enough time to program my keys since I didn’t have a master key for it (and that can take some time), but I was able to pick my car up on the same day. Also, I was only charged $ 50 to get it programmed (cheaper than anywhere I have checked!!- but I did bring my own Toyota Key that was purchased via web). When I was calling around, the prices starts from $ 70 all the way to $ 150 — and that is without a key … especially a Master’s key)
So … I was happy. The oil change was under $ 40, and the service was terrific. I will be coming back for any further ‘pampering’ for our car.
