Typical bait and switch con job. Offer 1 thing and then try to sell you something else. Down to the financing a horrible experience. You finally get the price agreeable and then the back room paperwork does not match the deal you struck. I have bought and sold dozens of cars and this is in the top 3 to never go back again. There are so many other dealers they treat you so well, find one of them.
If you go, read everything, Thornton Kia shame on you, yes you have been shamed.

Just had to give a grateful shout out to David Ciporkin for your dedicated, patient, and beyond the call of duty service given to us at Kia Thornton Road. I have never experienced such a pleasant person both on the phone as well as in person. His telephone conversation made you feel confident in the care of your vehicle. We never felt rushed on the phone or in person. He makes you feel as though your the special one. I am sure everyone he serves feels the same way. He is the type of person you would request on every visit, and probably would prefer waiting for him if he is off on your visit. Words to adequately describe David evades us. Anybody out there who reads this. If you really need a car then go see Zack at Kia. I would have never thought I would have purchased a car but he got it done. They also have the best finance team and can approved anybody! Thank you clint, Zack and the finance director. For making things happened.
