Horrible experience here!
Took my car in with an appointment at 7 am. By 5:30 pm after calling several times for updates I was told that the technician hadn’t even looked at my car yet. Btw, they charge nearly 200 $ just to diagnose the problem, not even fix it. I was frustrated and came to pick up the car. They said they would waive the fee and have it looked at first thing the next day. Halfway through the next day we had half an answer. Took another half day to get the full diagnosis and only a couple hours for them to fix it. I picked the car up and drive home. The oil light came on on my way home and I checked the engine. My car had been drained of oil! If I hadn’t caught it I would’ve blown my engine. They totally blew me off when I called to let them know what had happened. I will never be back to this place.

Crazy experience. Bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler couple months ago. The salesman was a little dodgy, but I could not quite put my finger on it. I figured, typical car salesman and really liked the jeep.
Second day after I bought it, the check engine light comes on. I set an appt to bring it in that worked for their mechanics, and they called the next day saying gas tank had a crack in it. I was surprised when they said that they had missed it during their 129 point inspection. That seems like a big miss. But, I was really shocked when they told me I would likely have to pay $ 1500 for a new one. I had to go walk into the GM office and tell them I would rather return the jeep and get one with no major issues. Credit to the GM, they made it right and fixed the tank for me.
Finally, the dealership called me 2 months after I bought jeep and apparently they forgot to charge me the right amount of tax. Whoops, now I owe them over $ 500 that is not in my auto-​loan. Cash or credit please. Tough oversight because they have the language in the million word contract to back it up. When I called the GM back the conversation is cold.
Oh last thing, when I was in there talking over the gas tank, the general sales manager told me they make 92percent of their net income is in their shop making repairs. Funny how they called 30 days after I bought and said it was time for my standard check-​up. Super thoughtful.
Save yourself hassle and shop around.

They did it again! Back to trade my lease in for a purchase. Jesus was a great salesperson. The whole place has class acts and incredible customer service. It’s a drive for me to go here to buy a car but so worth their incredible staff and great prices of vehicles!

He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. This place is really great! I worked with Jack Ridley who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I have car shopped before and been treated really poorly by sales people because I am a young girl. Jack did not belittle me for wanting a manual (and yes I have actually been asked if I know how to drive a manual), and he found me the perfect car.

A big THANK YOU to BERNARDO, my awesome service technician, who helped me get my Jeep repaired super fast from a Grease Monkey disaster.
My Jeep had been abused by Grease Monkey and they basically squirted a couple quarts of oil into my car’s engine cavities. Heat it up off roading, and THERE IS OIL EVERYWHERE! That lovely smell of burning oil, oil on the garage floor, oil in the parking spot– I knew my jeep was in trouble and had it towed in.
Bernardo was the most awesome service advisor ever. First he was calm and reassuring, then he explained what happened, then he coordinated the repairs, and wrote up a great explanation so I can take it up with the greasy monkey. He even showed my engine after and explained exactly what went where. Oh my poor violated Jeep!
This was a fantastic experience, and as long as I have my Jeep I will be coming into this dealership for service.

We knew we wanted a jeep. Our salesman Ryan went through all our options in detail and no rush. We ended up leasing a beautiful limited edition, more then we expected, but on paper less then we budgeted for! The financial team walked us through all the pros and cons of lease vs purchase. This is my husbands first brand new car and he is thrilled! We had fun, meet new friends, and were taken care of from beginning to end. They even spent an hour after the sale going over all the jeeps features. Hands down, being a couple in customer service industries, this is absolutely the place to go for your new wheels! So excited to hit the mountains! Can’t say enough except more than we ever expected from a dealership. Thank you thank you!

I bought my last car there. A $ 30K plus SUV. Two annoying things from this dealer. 1) I got full approval of the car loan from my own bank and they told me that all I need to bring was the approval letter with a code to them but Auto Nation insisted to run my credit again… WHY? My bank told me over and over that what they did was wrong and even affecting my credit for that unnecessary hit. 2) Now I understand why they did that… They wanted all my credit info and personal data not only for them for marketing purposes but to sell my data to third parties. I asked them specifically that I didn’t want to receive any marketing or phone calls from anybody related with my car and the sales manager assured me that and that I didn’t want them to share my information with anybody. Well… After a year where I keep receiving phone calls not only from auto nation and a huge amount of junk postal mail but also phone calls and junk postal mail from third parties selling me extended warranties with detailed info about my new car that only auto nation knew… One telemarketing guy finally told me that they got the information from the dealer. So not only they ignored my request they also sold my information to third parties!!! This is the first and last time I buy anything with them or any related dealer. I obviously call every month asking them to stop calling me for oil changes reminders and stop sending me postal mail of autonation’s marketing but they just ignore my requests because I keep receiving the same junk mail and the automatic super annoying call from auto nation phone are still there… They just ignored all calls and visits and the worst part now all my information is all over on third parties selling me extended warranties for my SUV. AVOID!!!

I don’t understand the availability for the service department here. I used to be able to get an appointment with no problem. Now they have no appointments months out for even a simple oil change. Do you only schedule two a day or something??? Over it! Will go to another location thanks!

Continued terrible customer service. I bought a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in May of 2015, while I love the car, my experiences at this dealer have been terrible from the start. The day I purchased the car they did not have the unit I wanted, so they ordered it from a neighboring dealer and had it brought over to be detailed and readied for me to drive home. After over three hours of waiting, I inquired what was taking so long and was told they got the wrong car. They sent me in this car anyway to later bring me the correct car later since I had been at the dealer for so long at this point, but on my drive home I received a call that I needed to come back and switch the loaner car since they wanted to trade that car for my correct car. Ultimately I drove off with a second loaner and later that night my sales associate met me to drop off the paperwork and sign the new paperwork in the dark on the side of the street. To make up for this the dealer gave me rubber mats for the driver, passenger, and back seat floors.
Fast forward to February 2016 and while on a trip in the mountains the driver’s seat belt broke (not retracting back into the pillar). While this of course is not the fault of the dealer, slightly annoying when the car only had 4,900 miles on it. I immediately called to get an appointment and they were too busy to answer the phone so I had to go through a few minutes of prompts to get a callback. They eventually called back, I had to be transferred to a different representative to be «squeezed in», who I explained the issue to and I obliged to be put on hold so she could look into a time slot. After ten plus minutes of being on hold, the representative returned with no idea what I was calling for and I had to re-​explain the situation and was then granted a time to come in and was told a note would be placed in my file that I would need an Enterprise rental car for the day. This process took about 30 minutes.
The next day I came to drop off the car I was admittedly 30 minutes late, but the staff were gracious to me and fine. I told them I requested a rental car and asked if they had time to also change the oil while the car is there. I was told this was all fine and to please take a seat and they would come get me. After 45 minutes of waiting I inquired about what was taking so long and where the rental was. I was told it would be soon and I then asked to speak to the service manager. The service manager then called Enterprise to ask someone hurry over to pick me up (very annoying the dealer has no Enterprise desk or loaner vehicles). Once at Enterprise, I discovered that the original call for my rental was never made until the service manager called.
Later in the day I received a call that they needed to order a new seat belt assembly for my car and it would not be ready until the next day. At this time we discussed that I would not need to pay for the rental. Of course my house keys and proximity card to access my building were in the car so I had to make the 25 minute trip back to Littleton to retrieve them.
Finally, I returned the next day to pick up my car when it was ready. I was walked through the service (all free, including my oil change as a part of a service plan granted when I purchased the car) and was on my way. Having little faith in this dealer now, I checked the oil life screen on my dashboard to find it was at 30% and has never been reset. I immediately called to ask if the oil change had actually been done and it was confirmed they did but forgot to reset this and I could drive back in to have the oil life screen reset. I was already closer to back home and passed, but now my car will be showing a continuous change oil light on for a very long time until the next change and I will have to track this myself.
While this dealer tries to remedy their errors financially, they need to be more proactive and customer-​service focused. I would never buy another car from them and would never recommend them to anyone. Definitely not a place I would spend another $ 50,000 at and has not lived up to the promises of customer service they preached when selling me the car.

I went here to get a key made for a used Jeep Cherokee that I bought at another dealership. The service people were nice enough, but it took over 2 freaking hours to get this thing made. They blamed the people at the other dealership for not approving the key purchasing, but they should have told me they were having problems with them. I could have gotten on the phone, as the customer, and straighten things out. Otherwise, they were a pretty decent group of folks.

Great experience working with James Gates and Grant. Our journey started about 2 months ago when my wife and I were looking at Wranglers on a date night. Just kicking tires at that point, but James was great at showing us the features and took us on a test drive.
A week ago our older Volvo was on it’s last breath so the time came to get serious about the Wrangler. It was a Saturday afternoon and the dealership was busy, so when we arrived James was working with someone which is understandable. Grant greeted us and said he was going to assist us until James freed up. Grant was fantastic too. He listened to our wants and walked us around to show us what they had. We test drove two used Wranglers that were nice but not exactly what we wanted. Grant then started searching other dealerships inventory.
Through some other questions I asked we explored leasing a new Wrangler to get exactly what we wanted. This turned out to be what we bought. Grants patience with us, all the while James kept checking in with us made this experience fantastic.
We are very happy with our choice and James has made it a point to let us know his interest in us didn’t end when we drove off the lot. He has checked in a couple of times this week.
All in all we had a great experience and recommend them highly. Ask for James and /​or Grant.

I donated my 18 year old Mustang to a charity before me and The Hubs moved to Denver (I cried. It had lived a good, one-​driver life, but was ailing and needed more help than I could give it). All of a sudden, I needed a vehicle! I had been thinking about a Jeep Cherokee or Grand Cherokee, so we popped over to this dealership to take a look. When we walked in around 9:30 AM, Jack Ridley greeted us and then spent the next several hours working with us to find the right vehicle. After seeing the Grand Cherokee, we decided it was way too big. We live in the city and I wanted something easier to park when I’m running around. We test drove a Cherokee, and then I saw the Renegade and said ‘hmmmm’. We test drove one of those and a said a double ‘hmmmm’. To make a long story short, Jack spent a lot of time going over the features of the Renegade and finding one in the style and color that I wanted.
My goal had been to come in that morning and drive home with a new car, and that’s just what I did. I really like the Renegade. It’s small enough to bop around in, and has the 4-​wheel drive stuff for Colorado winters (the Mustang would not have been happy here). It’s comfortable and has a lot of great features.
Anyway, thanks, Jack! You did a good job that day and I really appreciated all the time you spent going over (and over again) the features of the car for this ‘old chick’. It really made a difference.

My experiences with AutoNation have been great so far. I worked with Jason over a year ago on getting into a lease on a new ’14 Cherokee TrailHawk. This year, I worked with Jason as well as James on getting me out of my lease, and into a new ’15 Grand Cherokee Altitude. They were very friendly, and went out of their way to help me with the trade. I would highly recommend visiting the dealership of you are in the market for a new Jeep. The new building looks great, and they have an excellent inventory!

I was discussing a new 2015 Grand Cherokee with several dealerships. The inventory is very lean for the options and color I wanted this late in the year. Nate from this dealership was pretty aggressive about calling, emailing, and asking for info about what I wanted. This is okay, I initiated the conversation. I told him I was working numbers on a car with a specific dealership for a specific car and exploring leasing vs purchasing given the crazy lease incentives right now. I was not sure this was for me, but I wanted to figure that out before negotiating between dealers, but that once I decided how I would buy, I would buy the car where I got the best deal.
He emailed me the next day and said he had the car I wanted and offered to beat the previous offer from another dealer by $ 500. I had not told him any price details at that point. I asked him to confirm the color and specs and his email, in part, said, «I transferred the vehicle from… I now have the only one on (sp) the state that fits that build.» I asked him who does their leasing so I could determine if that option was as good, and that I was frustrated that he may have wasted all the time I spent doing research on the leasing from the other dealer. He did not answer the leasing company question, but said, «Well I have the car now so what does it take to earn your business??»
This kind of power play, controlling, «you have to deal with me now» action and attitude is not someone I will do business with. I really have to wonder if this is common practice for AutoNation or just one Internet Sales Manager.
I caution anyone else to be careful what you share with this dealership about any pending deals as you are negotiating. They might pull this same garbage on you. I will be picking a different color in this configuration or If I cannot get what I want, I will wait for the 2016s. I may even be off Jeeps after this experience and pick a different vehicle entirely. One thing for sure, I will not be held hostage by Nate and AutoNation.

I started my day at a competitor a few miles to the east. After the fourth or fifth time the salesperson went to ‘check with his manager’ I emailed AutoNation to see if they had what I wanted. Almost immediately I got a reply back from Nate with a price way below what the competitor was offering. A few minutes later the competitor admitted that they didn’t even have the vehicle I was looking for (along with an excuse about how they would get at some point in the next week). I headed over to AutoNation and the Jeep of my dreams showed up just a few minutes after I did.
The Grand Cherokee was in perfect condition with the exact color/​feature preferences I was looking for and the price Nate quoted was the real-​deal price. Of course I had options to add things for an inflated price compared to aftermarket parts (cross bar, floor mats, all of the typical new car stuff). The finance guy was exactly what you should expect from a car dealership (read: high pressure (optional) warranty salesman that makes optional warranties sound mandatory). As a buyer you have the responsibility to make an adult decision on these things.

I spent about a year coming into this store and test-​driving different 4 door jeep wranglers. I was always treated enthusiastically and was never pressured to buy. Eventually I figured out which model I wanted and felt as though the dealers gave me honest feedback and helped me through the process. Since then I have taken it in for 2 years of free oil changes and check-​ups. Recently I had a problem and same-​day they were able to replace a piece free of charge. I have never had a negative experience here. I suggest you come to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep if you are looking to make a new Jeep purchase!
PS They are in construction right now but their interim building is fine to go in, clean and spacious.
