This is my favorite wine store in Highlands Ranch. They are friendly and helpful. The selection is extensive and well-organized. The store is clean and well-lit. My only suggestion would be to label the wines by type(Merlot, Pinot Grigio, …), as they are already sorted, rather than just labeling sections by region of origin.

I went in last night and tried to buy a bottle of wine and was turned away because all I had was the temporary ID issued by the state of Colorado while I’m waiting for my new license and was told that I couldn’t get anything because they weren’t comfortable with it. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This is by far the best liquor store in highlands ranch. Great prices on beer, and an extensive selection. No reason to drive all the way to davidsons when this gem is close by.

I am so surprised by the negative reviews… I have been going to Bacchus for a couple of years now and they have been nothing but amazing… The minute I walk in they greet you with a smile… They even help me keep my kiddos entertained while I grab a bottle of wine. The prices are great considering I don’t have to run to the other side of town for a discounted price. It’s a local Highlands Ranch Liquor Store people… They have a large selection, competitive prices, and a great staff… As for the negative comments… Really??? If you are having a party on Sunday… DON“T go to the liquor store at 6:02… Poor planning Robert. Yes, you might encounter a long line or get ID’d because you look young… Again, It’s a liquor store. Great location, FRIENDLIEST staff and great prices. Don’t get the negative reviews.

This is a decent place to get a decent selection of beer, wine, and liquor. I have been to Davidson and they have an excellent selection and pricing. I have also been to the Safeway on Mineral that has Great Prices on Certain Beers!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were completely rude and offered no help. The cashier took his sweet time in ringing me up and his demeanor was rude– I’m assuming because I look younger than 21. They than charged me twice and were not able to fix it over the phone. I had to return the next day. Again they were completely rude.

GREATPRICES but holy mackerel, what is the problem with service? I am there typically buying whiskey and their prices are not to be rivaled. But I always seem to get the African-American guy at the register and he is the rudest a-hole on the planet. There is often a line here because the prices are so good, so you can see him kissing up to the hot girls, but anyone else gets an obnoxious drone who barely utters a word. MANAGEMENT: I ALERTYOU. My husband went in last night to get a few brews for us after a long hard day at work. And I don’t know if its because he gets dirty at work cause he works construction or cause he is Mexican but the cashier was very go lucky with the 3 customers before him. Starting conversation and thanking them for their purchase but when it was my husbands turn there was no hello he just took the beer rang it up and gave him the receipt to sign with no eye contact and no thank you. Completely unacceptable. Never giving them my money again

I have been purchasing wine at Bacchus for over 2 years. The prices are good and it is convenient. The guys at the counter are hit or miss when it comes to greeting you when you walk in. Today I went in to purchase 2 bottles of wine. I asked the gentleman who was working if this brand came in Chardonnay. He didn’t answer me right away and then shouted from behind the counter«no». He then proceeded to check out the customer in front of him and never bothered to come over to see if he help me with a different selection. I found what I wanted and proceeded to the register. The same gentleman was no where to be found but I heard him working with a store rep in the back of the store. I waited about 5 mins before he noticed me at the counter. I asked him if he was the owner and he said that he was the manager. I told him that he was not very helpful and that he made me wait while he helped the sales rep. He did apologize but then he said«It happens»! Hmm, not sure this situation called for an excuse… With so many liquor stores to choose from in that area, I will take me business where it’s more appreciated!

Best prices and great selection. Plus if they don’t have it just ask and they will get it in!

The prices are surprisingly lower than I expected for a village center location. Infact, there are times that their hard alcohol is priced the same as Davidson, Lucas or Tipsy’s. Good wine selection too. As for the service, I am not there to make friends but the staff can be a bit like drones.

Walked in since I was next door and it was convenient. No hello, no help offered and then I saw the prices, yikes. Went to the liquor store across the way, much better.

A really nice selection of beer and wine, but as often as I have shopped here, I am not sure I have ever been greeted or asked if I needed any help. Today I spent 20 minutes browsing the«nice» wines and bought a $ 40 bottle. Not only wasn’t I greeted or offered customer service, they barely spoke to me at the register. I left without even a «Thanks,» or «Have a nice day.» Bah!

Staff is friendly most of the time, but the music can be a little loud at times in there.
