Dunkin’ Donuts

I am following up to my posted review from yesterday… WOW! Impressive how the owner of this store handled this situation! I called the corporate headquarters and voiced my concerns. Within a couple hours the owner called me personally to followed up. He was thorough, attentive, sympathetic and apologetic! He told me he would look into things and get back to me within a day or so. I received a second phone call 40 min later and he had investigated the situation and was not only shocked and apologetic, he offered to donate donuts to the school as a way to mend fences and gain community support, and make 650 kids REALLY happy! In the end I was impressed with the customer service coming from the top. Thank you!
Yesterdays post: Unbelievable! I just went in to pick up the 650 donuts (55 dozen) I had ordered for my children’s school for a fundraiser this morning and they had NO donuts ready for pick up! Not only were the donuts not ready, the person in charge was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was told they could not help me. They had all my contact information from when I placed the original order last week and no one called me to let me know the order would not be ready or that there was any issue. Who does this??? I was left to scramble to find 650 donuts at other locations nearby, thankfully King Soopers had a baker who was more than happy to help me, and with a SMILE on her face! I am not sure what is the worst part of the whole ordeal, the fact that the order was not ready, the fact that no one called me to let me know the order was not ready or the RUDE and unhelpful manager at the store??? I will not be visiting a Dunkin’ Donuts any time soon, and certainly will not be headed to the one at Mineral and Platte Canyon.

I love this place so much! I come by every Saturday to get donuts for my team before going to work and they always make it a fun experience. The staff is so friendly and thoughtful they are actually pleasant to be around in the mornings… when I typically don’t enjoy being around people!

Best coffee EVER. Speedy drive thru. Friendly staff. Doesn’t get any better than this! If you frequent here, the DD app is certainly worth it. They are constantly fishing free beverages met way.

I really like their variety.
And their Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel is AWESOME!!! They should work on their coffee and frozen drinks a bit… Those could use some work…
It also would be nice if they’d open just a bit earlier… Like 4:30? It’s whatever though…

Best coffee of any chain, plus the prices you cannot best…2 donuts and a medium coffee for around 3.50 or so… you guys are awesome!!! Better than the mermaid!

I love dunkin doughnuts so glad they are back, now if they would bring back the doughnut on the stick life would be great.

This Dunkin Donuts is a nice place stop by before going to work in the morning. Lots of coffee and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Obviously, the donuts are good too or I wouldn’t be writing on here.

These are mediocre donuts at best. We gave them a try since it is new to the area but we won’t be going there again. I’m so disappointed that this new shopping center has been occupied by a Dunkin’ Donuts and not an establishment of higher-​quality. The interior is nice but it’s new so it should be. Yuck.

Always love a new DD opening! We need to have one in Lakewood!
I’ve never had bad customer service at Dunkin’, sometimes maybe wrong item or incorrect execution but never bad. And I forgive them because they’re always hustling, busy, busy, busy!
Got our free coffees (iced for him; hot for me) as part of the grand opening special and ordered 2 food items: Chicken salad croissant sandwich (exceeds expectation!) and Veggie egg white flatbread (hubby ordered this, I’d always stay away from their flatbread, it’s so bland tasting…) I also received a free donut for completing a survey on a previous receipt. Now I’m not sure if these are limited to regular donuts, but when I asked for an Éclair, I was given it!
Our drinks are where the slip ups occurred. I asked for decaf coffee with coconut flavored syrup, had to go back quite a few times for more syrups because it simply wasn’t sweet! Once they got it right, it was yummy. DD allows for refills as long as you stay in the store, but unfortunately you do need to get in line for your free refills. I don’t like it when they add creams in my drink, it’s usually in a large amount and the coffee gets too milky. If they would just slow down a bit and hear my entire order clearly, they wouldn’t have messed up. But again, the staff is always friendly and eager to help.
We noticed a sweepstakes entry box but no more forms and inquired about it, the manager came out saying they don’t have any more forms but we could write our info down on the back of a receipt and be entered that way. At least somebody came out to address our concern! I also saw another staff sweeping the floor and tidying up tables, this shows they try to keep the store clean. Very good!

This place is awesome! People are super polite and friendly, and the syrups are FREE! Free same day refills, and yes, again, FREE syrups!
Finish your drink and go back to the counter and ask for a different flavor, and you won’t be disappointed!

Nice place and the employees are helpful

This new sparkling Dunkies opened a week ago which is down the street from my house and on the way to work. Everyone inside that works there is happy, smiling and friendly which makes the entire experience that much better. Love how close this is to me!
