Don’t shop here if you prefer good customer service or have children. My experience with the staff as several of the other reviewers. First, not once was I asked if I needed assistance. The manager of the store(woman with short, dark brown hair) merely mumbled a hello as she walked past. The general feeling was that I, as a customer, was an unwelcome intruder. Second, three workers, including the manager, were extremely rude to my kids. I get that sometimes kids can run hog-wild in stores, and my kids definitely have in the past, but not in the two separate occasions we were in this shop. My daughter had touched on of the sunglasses by the register on open display and was quickly reprimanded by a worker. I asked my daughter to apologize, she did, and the worker simply ignored her, with no acknowledgement of any kind. In sum, my experiences were lackluster and frustrating.

Sketchy, AWFUL Customer Service. Ordered ANDPAIDFOR an item. Received an email: «We’re sorry, your item is not in stock. You will not be charged for this item.» 1: Was ALREADYCHARGED for this item. 2: Item is most definitely STILLINSTOCKONTHEIRWEBSITE! They just deactivated their weekend coupon code, so the item THAT I PAIDFOR but they are claiming is «OUTOFSTOCK» is oddly now TWICEASMUCH! FRAUD! Their«Customer Service» phone number is a joke, too. The one representative helping all of the calls today(Apparently there were many people stolen from by Eddie Bauer today!) keep you waiting for TWENTYMINUTES before answering, and then PLACEYOUONHOLDAGAIN. They have my money and are refusing to send my item! LIESANDFRAUD! DONOTGIVETHISCOMPANYYOURMONEY!

Came with my fiancé to exchange a wrong size(brand new with tags) jacket that I purchased on line and that I gave him for Christmas with a gift receipt. Even exchange. We were just treated so rudely by the cashier for not having the priced receipt. She asked me twice, so you don’t have it? I told her that I had the credit card it was purchased on and a gift receipt. Then she tried to tell me we owed her money for the tax difference. I bought it(shipped) for 8% Englewood tax and am swapping it at 5% Aspen Grove tax. She then bit my head off when I tried to explain this. Go to the Eddie Bauer in Cherry Creek. They are much more pleasant. This cashier also did not give us a new receipt, just swapped it as an even exchange(which it was), so I did not get her name. Older lady with short brown hair. Terrible attitude. I feel sorry for her.

This is by far the friendliest Eddie Bauer in the area! The associates are very pleasant and attentive, but not overbearing. The managers are all very accommodating and helpful.
