Shop Jos. A. Bank Littleton, located at 7301 S. Sante Fe Drive, Suite 728, for the best selection of men’s clothing, including men’s suits, sportswear, shoes, and accessories.
This Aspen Grove location proved itself incompetent and a waste of time. Our son, a professional, went in and ordered two fitted shirts. Fine. They called a week later and said the shirts were in. Fine. Not fine: When we went to pick up the shirts, they couldn’t find them. I actually killed 30 minutes in the nearby Verizon store while he waited for the shirts. They couldn’t find them. Not fine: After another week or two, Jos A Bank called again and said the shirts were in – but when our son went to pick them up, they could only find one! Huge waste of time and travel, and with no sign of remorse from the staff. Our son got a refund on the never-to-be-found shirt and left — why go back and keep waiting on incompetent people to become competent? Adding insult to injury: Jos A Bank then mails out their wonderful«Gift Dollars,» which means you get four $ 25 coupons, but to use EACH one, you have to spend another $ 125. Not a great deal after you’ve already spent your big bucks on a suit and fitted shirts. Furthermore, they then send another reminder a week or two later to «Don’t forget to bring in $ 100 in gift dollars!»(of course, that’s only worth $ 100 if you spend over $ 500). Note to Corporate Jos A Bank: whatever good reputation you think you have, this local store is trashing it. You shouldn’t call customers(twice) telling them to come pick up their stuff that you can’t even find. You should apologize profusely and offer at least minimal compensation. You shouldn’t be sending out useless coupons to customers you’ve already treated poorly, because it comes across as «Hey, you’ve had a bad experience here, so please come spend more money with us!»

Nat the store manager helped me and my fiancé pick out a suit for our wedding. Nat was friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of options and explained how everything should properly fit. Would go back.

This evening, my husband and I went to Jos. A. Bank to get my husband cloths for interviews and special events. The two gentlemen that helped us, Nat and Chazz, were extremely knowledgeable and the level of customer service and expertise that they provided was beyond comparison. We really loved their friendly demeanor and the positive attitudes that they had reflected a genuine desire to help us get what we needed. The gentlemen were very knowledgeable about tailoring suits for law enforcement and private security who have concealed carry needs. They are absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them!

I have been having real issues with Jos A Banks clothes not fitting properly, sweaters marked large and fitting like a small, white t-shirts marked x-large and fitting like small, but the final straw came when my wife had to wait 45 minutes to exchange a sweater for a larger size. Seems that the manager is the ONLY person there that can do exchanges! This is the biggest load of crap that I have ever heard! This is horrible customer service and I will NEVER shop there again!

I went to the Aspen Grove store in Littleton, CO tonight for the Thanksgiving Doorbuster sale. I’d never been in a Jos A Bank store before, and I was anxious about being snooted at. But my fears were assuaged even before walking in. I was extremely impressed with the look of the store(It was well-kept but not imposing), and especially with the service provided by the sales agent Eli. He was very friendly and helpful, he didn’t pressure me into anything, he expertly found the perfect fit and colors for me. I’m not the kind of guy who wears suits more than once or twice a year, but this shopping experience has made me start to consider changing that. Thank you, Eli! Thank you, Jos. A.
