As any other Francesca’s, they have adorable clothing, gifts and accessories. Unlike most other Francesca’s, the service is awful. I have been in 3+ times and have never been greeted. Noone will say anything to you even when you’re the only customer that walks in. The girls will just talk amongst themselves at the counter. Just like the other reviews, you’ll be ignored. If you ask to try on something, they look at you like, «Duh, just walk into the fitting room.» It’s not a fun environment to shop in.

My daughter and I were shopping throughout aspen grove and we saw this cute little boutique! The clothes are adorable and all of the little gifts are very cute for different occasions. The employees though we’re definitely lacking. The manager was completely rude and snooty. She rolled her eyes at us and my daughter over heard her cursing and deliberately talking negatively about another employee while she was working. The environment was very hostile, judge mental and negative with the attitudes of the manager and the other employee she was talking to. Very disappointed with the lack help, communication and acknowledgment of customers!

I’m so bummed about going to the store tonight because after my experience today I won’t be going back again. Was flat out ignored by the two girls working, they were just talking about emoji Halloween costumes… Seriously? A simple hi wouldn’t interrupt such an important conversation. Then when checking out one chick took as long as humanly possible to check out the girls in front of me, while the other was doing who knows what. When the other rude clerk finally came to check me out she didn’t even have any sort of interaction with me. It’s a shame the store has such cute stuff, but I have a huge problem contributing to someone’s paycheck when they don’t even make eye contact with anyone other than the other employee.

Walked in was not acknowledged by worker standing there steaming. Walked around store for 10 mins not one hello or offer for help! Will not come back to this location ever again! Little miss employee was quite snooty and too good to talk to customers.

Love this place. Funky and fun jewelry, clothes, shoes and other accessories.

All i can say is… gadzooks! This place really rubs me the right way when it comes to finding accessories and the most fashionable little trinkets out there. They have EVERYTHING. This is a great place to buy unique gifts and a cute outfit for a Saturday night.
There are racks full of cute dresses in every color imaginable. Most of which are priced around 40 dollars or less. They have tons of cure accessories as well to go with any outfit.
Scattered throughout are clever gifts, phone covers, bags, nail polish, key chains, cookie cutters, notepads and paper, cards, etc.
This store is magic for any lady.

I was feeling adventurous on Sunday and decided to travel all the way to Littleton to take a peak at this shop — I know I am weird. This is something my Unilocal family needs to know about me — I will travel an hour if you recommend a place. I don’t mind the drive if something great is at the end of the drive — and there was.
This place is in the middle of a very large plaza. I hopped in and was immediately taken back by all the stuff, earrings, necklaces, knic knacs, clothing by the rack stocked to the guilds. I was soo excited. I started by going through all the racks and I was asked if I wanted to start a dressing room — Um, yes please my arms had already collected 12 things to try on. It took me at least 30 – 45 minutes to look through just the clothes. I must have transported half the store into my dressing room. Found a couple must haves after trying everything on, including a skirt I am in love with.
The clothes are unique, lots of fun prints and textures, you will out of here with something really unique.
Not to mention the oodles of jewelry and bags on display. Try looking at those and not buying — very hard.
The ladies were very helpful and when I back down in that end of the neighborhood I will stop in again.

Fran, I wish the lighting in your dressing rooms were more forgiving. I haven’t been eating rabbit food for a week for no reason, I’m trying to decrease my muffin top. Must your mood lighting point out all my flaws? Booo!
But don’t be mad. I still like you.
