I just bought some appliances from Jimmy at Hunter Appliance and I couldn’t be happier. Their prices are competitive, their service is excellent. They are knowledgeable and honest about their products and extremely helpful. I highly recommend doing business with this local company!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Hunter Appliance. I’ve bought major appliances from them that have been terrific, but MOST importantly, their Service Department is incredible. I’ve called upon them several times in the past 12 years, and every service call is beyond belief. They are courteous on the phone, when making the appointment, and they make sure they understand exactly what the problem is. The Technician calls within the agreed-​upon «time window» to make sure it’s a good time. Then he arrives promptly & puts on shoe-​covers as soon as the door is closed. YES! He confirms exactly what the problem is & then goes to it.
Our Bosch washing machine was looked at several years ago, and the Tech. immediately determined that there was a coin stuck in the drum (ouch), and he took the time to show me how to open a little drainage plug in the front of the machine, drain out a few cups of water, and remove the coin, in case it should happen again. And it DID happen 2 more times over the next several years, & I fixed it myself. How great is that?
Two days ago, I had Hunter here again because my 12-​year-​old (!) Bosch washing machine drum stopped spinning. The Tech — JIMMY — quickly determined that a «connection» inside the machine had become loose. If you’re familiar with Bosch machines, you know how much they SHAKE during the spin cycle, (it sounds, & feels, like a ‘copter is landing on the roof!) it’s easy to understand how an inside connection could work itself loose — especially after 12 years. So Jimmy secured the connection — tested the machine — and we’re good to go. He explained the entire situation to us, and couldn’t have been more pleasant. He was fabulous!
Clearly, Hunter takes pride in their business, and their Service Techs are as good as it gets. You absolutely can’t go wrong with them, and I’m delighted that they’re here.

I am extremely happy with Hunter Appliance. They answer the phone when you call. They arrive when they say they will. They care about fixing your appliances the right way and completing the job. Our technician even gave us some helpful tips on how to keep our new appliances running efficiently.
Very impressed with this operation.

Friday the 13^th 7:45a the dryer broke. Seriously??? 8a called Hunter Appliance. 9a the repairman was walking through my door. 10a I am at my computer writing this review with the gentle hum of the dryer in the background! Mike, the technician, repaired, tuned up, and cleaned the dyer in under an hour. He even turned the dryer door around so I don’t smash my shins every time I open it!!! Very reasonable bill! My Friday the 13^th just turned lucky! Thanks Hunter Appliance!

We bought a dishwasher from BestBuy and ran into an issue — I called LG and they scheduled to have someone from Hunter Appliance come out to check it.
The tech called during the scheduled time frame and asked if it was ok for him to come now — I let him know it was and he headed right over within 15minutes.
The appearance of the truck was clean and well marked as was the tech’s uniform.
The tech introduced himself and immediately upon walking into the house put on shoe covers. I explained the issue and he went right to work. He was able to diagnosing the problem and after a short call he explained that there was a factory defect and it would require a new part which unfortunately was on back order.
Since the unit was so new I let him know I would just go back to the store and have them replace the dishwasher, which they did. He left me paperwork fully explaining the issue and the part it needed along with all their contact info in-​case I ended up needing them to fix it.
They’re a local company and the customer service was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them for appliance repair and will keep their store in mind when we’re ready to upgrade the rest of our appliances.

A great local business with good prices. Would much rather deal with them than the big box store – personal service and people who know what they are talking about. Service department responds promptly and the technicians that we have dealt with have always seemed very competent, and they will replace a part rather than try to talk you into a new appliance. Would recommend highly.
