Specialties
We specialize in making traditional artisan leavened bread, using 100% organic ingredients. We use proven customary methods to preserve nutritional value, support good health and to encourage sustainable agriculture. In addition to our breads, we invite you to try our excellent pastries and desserts. Our products are baked fresh daily 6 days a week, sometimes several times a day. We acquire our ingredients from producers in Colorado to avoid excess transportation and emissions of greenhouse gases. Respecting seasonal production is also one of the ways we diminish our carbon footprint; out-of-season fruits have to travel farther distances to reach our bakery
History
Established in 2008.
Eric and I (Isabelle) we had our bakery in France. One day our children decided they wanted to study abroad and we always wanted to move out of France. So we decided to move to Colorado for the great weather, the mountains, the good schools and most importantly the people.
We get up every morning at 1.30AM to bake fresh everyday. Nothing is frozen and all of our food in based on true authentic french recipes. We use organic product and local organic Colorado producer such Six farm Dogs, Silver Canyon & Dawn.
We are proud to have created 18 jobs and we keep on hoping to create more.
