Established in 1995.

My experience includes a background in Mortgage lending, Construction financing, and institutional foreclosures. Following my first year in Real Estate sales, I was awarded «Rookie of the Year» for sales volume and production by Better Homes and Gardens. Since then, I have received recognition as a consistent multimillion dollar producer.

In order to keep a competitive edge and better serve my clients, I made a commitment to continue my education beyond what is required by the Department of Real Estate. I have garnered the professional designations of Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Having the CRS designation is an honor that puts me in the elite class of less than 5% of the professional realtors in the country.

I knew nothing about real estate. I found Diane here on Unilocal over the summer, and what I instantly loved most about her was how honest she was! She encouraged me to try one more time to refinance the house my brother and I inherited because she really felt that was in our best interest.
When that didn’t work out, I reached out to Diane to help sell our home. She was so great! It was a very emotional situation for me, but she did everything in her ability to help me feel confident that the right things were being done. We listed the house and had a HUGE turn out for the open house, and after a week we accepted a very strong offer. She took her time to explain every page we had to sign and walked me through what to expect with the sale process.
I honestly do not think I could have made it through this situation with anyone other than Diane, her positivity, and compassion really sets her apart! I can’t wait for my husband and I to buy a home so I can work with Diane again! Or at least for people to ask me if I know a good realtor in the area!

My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and selected Diane based on a referral and her Unilocal reviews. Great decision. As first time buyers we were clueless and scared.
For full disclosure when we first started going to open houses without Diane coming along. With so many homes on the market and them selling so quickly, trying to find a time that worked for all 3 of us didn’t seem possible. So we didn’t get that standard «walk each house with a realtor». But I personally didn’t need it. She did keep in touch over the phone, texting and email.
We found several houses that we liked our third weekend of looking. She was able to meet with us both Sunday to go over all the houses we looked at. We had a favorite but she encouraged us to go home, sleep on it, and we met again the very next day to get an offer together.
This is when Diane was amazing. There is so much paperwork and she took the time to explain everything to us and answer any additional questions. We spent 3 hours with her going over our offer decision and options.
She continued to do the same during the counter offer and escrow. She’d explain all our options, offer her opinion and support our decision. She schedule all the inspections and has great connections. We liked all the people she brought in to work with us. She had our best interest in mind and made sure that everything was done right during escrow.
I’d refer her 100% to anyone looking to buy a house in Livermore area. And if she’s still working years from now, if we decide to move, she’ll be the first person we call.

Diane worked with me and my wife to find our first home in Livermore. Throughout the entire process she was professional, helpful and always friendly and cheerful. She very quickly understood what we were looking for in a home, and we found the house we ended up buying on our very first tour!
Diane was very patient with us as first time home buyers, and answered all of our questions. We needed someone that would represent our interests with clarity and transparency, and Diane exceeded our high expectations. We both work, and Diane was available to meet with us at convenient times, and was very good about answering emails and text messages. Our family has worked exclusively with Diane through several moves. Selling my grandmother’s house in California while living in Massachusetts would have been an absolute nightmare without Diane!
She went by the property every day to give me progress reports on the clean up detail and even went out of her way to crack the whip on the workers for me. Without her I would have probably sat in limbo for several months until I had the time out fly out to California.
With Diane on my side I felt like a weight had been lifted the moment we met. I told her I had less than a week until I moved to MA and she took over the entire headache with grace and compassion for my situation. Less than a month later the house was sold for well above my expected amount. She is a real estate angel.
My only regret is that I can’t have her sell the various other properties around the country.

Diane is the best realtor! We bought a home with her and sold the same home two years later. We were on both ends of the market… buyers market and sellers market (in two year’s time… gotta love CA!).
She has tons of knowledge, expertise and wisdom. We feel like she represented us well in both markets! On our sale, she really knew how to price and list our house. We ended up with many offers and she helped us navigate through them and evaluate them. We expect to close in two weeks, at a very good sales price.

Diane is awesome! She helped us buy our new home. She had so much patience touring homes with us with our two small kids in tow. She helped us through the ups and downs of the offer/​counter-​offer process and, within a week of deciding on the house we love, we had a contract with the seller at an unbeatable price! She is an excellent negotiator.
She then walked us through the steps of the escrow process and always kept us well-​informed. Her real estate expertise and positive, can-​do attitude made the whole escrow process go quickly and painlessly. Plus, she always has a smile on her face! And when we decided to rent and not sell our original home, she did not pressure us, but, instead agreed that it was not the right time to sell. Diane helped me buy my first home a couple of years ago and was absolutely amazing! She has forgotten more about real estate than most of these fly-​by-​night Realtors and «friend of a friend» agents will ever learn.
Every time I needed something or had a stupid question, she was there to take care of it. We spent countless weekends trolling around the east bay looking at dozens of homes and she was SO patient and made the whole process so much fun. When I started looking in some less-​than-​desireable areas — mistakenly thinking that I was getting more bang for my buck — she found some subtle ways to point out what I was getting myself into and steered me in a better direction. When it came time to negotiate the deal, she prevented me from making some dumb mistakes because of my eagerness to get the process over with. She even managed to get several concessions that I was sure we’d end up without.
She took such great care of me and was so much fun throughout this new, confusing, frustrating and often emotional process that I often thought that my own mom was working the deal.
When it comes time to buy, don’t have your uncle, cousin, whatever represent you … it’s just a recipe for disaster — talk to Diane and get the most experienced and knowledgeable Realtor in the area on your side. You won’t be sorry!

Diane is simply amazing! She knows all of the ins and outs of real estate and takes the time to explain everything to you without making you feel inept. She stays on top of the latest real estate news and laws and passes that knowledge on to you. Well forget about stereotypes. Not all realtors are like sharks who want to push you into a sale to get the commision and that it!
We really like working with Diane! She is patient and is not pushy to make a sale! She learned what we are looking for and will advise us against a home if she thinks it is not suitable. She is friendly and proficient! She even seems to read our mind and will schedule a revisit into a home we liked. She is very trust worthy. She also isn’t pushy in her help either. When she was sending us to a lender she gave us a few names and wanted us to talk to all of them, when we made the choice of the lender we were comfortable with, she revealed why she thought that lender is best for us. EXPERIENCE! She knew ahead of time that that was going to be the one we liked :)
I feel like she’s a friend and my daughter calls her Auntie :) (or Tante Diane) LOL
