Rob went out of his way to call us tonight when temperatures were going to dip below freezing and we came home to a heater that wasn’t working. He walked my husband through some diagnostics over the phone, was patient in explaining different strategies to try, and within fifteen minutes of following his instructions our heat was back on. We are SO thankful to be warm again! Thank you Rob!

My A.C. went out when it was 106 degrees! I called my landlord who called OK. Rob called me within 30 mins and was at my door 30 mins after that. Took him 10 minuets and my house was already cooling off. By far the fastest and friendliest service I have ever experienced. I will definitely keep their number for the future and recommendations.

I liked this place a lot the first time I called them for my thermostat. Alex was the person who attended me. It looked like he did a good job at first with my thermostat; but two weeks passed, and the same problem began to occur yet again. I called alex and told him the problem repeating again. He said he is coming the next day. But he never showed up. After that he never picked up my calls till today. In addition when I tried to call his boss Robert, he never answered his phone nor did he respond to my voice message. It is an outright shame to pay money, and have the work done, for it to only last two weeks before the problem starts again. That is simply atrocious! Never again shall I trust this company! At least he could have called back and said he couldn’t fix the problem or couldn’t make the appointment.
