I am father of six wonderful children and a husband to a beautiful wife. I have been married to the same woman for 17 years. I have grown up in this community as will my kids.

I started in the HVAC industry in 1997 graduating in the top my class at Heartsog trade school located in Lodi, Ca. My career stared performing as an entry level service technician in the residential HVAC market. Later I took on a position as a Refrigeration technician in the commercial market. I moved up to role of service manger. After 4 years as a manger decided to live the American Dream.

She had one of their technicians, Preston, out and resolved the issue the same day. I called several company’s this Friday evening looking for an appointment for my home. After making several calls All Air was the only company that had a live person answer the phone. I stated I was in need of emergency service tonight. After explaining my situation they did indeed come out. The tech Phillip was polite professional and knowledgeable. He explained my problem quickly and was able to get my system running fast. My dog chewed a wire in the back yard which caused the system to stop working. When it was time to pay I noticed the service fee was half the amount quoted on the phone. When I asked Phillip about the price he said he had a coupon that he automatically applied. I thought To myself not only did they come out on an emergency visit on a Friday afternoon, they found a coupon to save me money too. I could not believe it, this is above average.

All Air installed a new HVAC system in our home and we are 100% satisfied! Jared walked us through every step of the process and has been following up with us to insure that we are happy with our new system. We received a big discount by installing a new air conditioner during the winter. This was a big investment into out home and we are very happy we chose All Air to do the job. I want to commend this company, and their team of Jared, Preston and Rick, for their professionalism, honesty, concern, great customer service, and expertise In their field. They installed a new air conditioning/​heating unit, and also installed all new ducts because the old ones were ruined by rodents living under the house. It is a Saturday and it is 95 outside. My family comes in from playing outside and we flip on the a/​c. It turns on for about 5 min. & then it shuts down. Check the furnace and its the 3 amp fuse again. I have had the original installer of my a/​c (starts with a B from Lodi) come out 4 different times for the same issue. I call All Air as company B does not do service work on the weekends. Phillp called me right back and was at my place in hour like he said he would. He did some trouble shooting and showed me some issues that needs to be addressed. You would of thought Company B would of pointed it out since they had been here 4 times in the last ten months. He found the problem was shoddy work. The wire that co. B ran from the thermo to the furnace and had already replace once was rubbing against sheet metal and cutting into the wire thus making the 3 amp fuse blow. Phillp corrected the problem and vola my a/​c is working on this hot day. He was so awsome he sold me on joining the company service club. He was easy to talk to and gave me his honest opinion. I now wish they would of done my install. Phillp cheers to you. You just got a customer for life.

This is the second time we had All-​air come out for service. Great service, they came out on the weekend to fix our AC that wasn’t working. They came right over and fixed it. One of the only HVAC companies available 24/​7, even on weekends. Honest and affordable. We will use them next year when we replace our entire furnace and AC unit.

I called because the heat in our home decided it didn’t want to work during the coldest week of the year. I called at 9:15am. They said that they are close to my home and could be there in about 20 mins. By 10:30am, a part was replaced, our heat was up and running and now we are warm and toasty.
Friendly, fast service. That’s good business. Thank you!
P. S. I forgot to mention one thing that I really loved the most was the follow up call I received from the owner of the company. He called me to make sure everything was working and if there was anything else he could he could to better my experience with his company. All Air stands out from the rest with their great customer service. They have gain my future business and my friends.

Furnace quit Saturday and we really needed it back on! Phoned all around and All-​Air said someone would phone soon to set up a time. Sure enough, someone did and set a time that was good for us. Another call to let us know he was on his way.
When he arrived and when he had the cover off the furnace he asked if I would turn the heat on at the thermostat.
It started! I had tried for a few hours with no luck, we were both surprised! He just charged for the call and even said if it failed again I would not be charged for diagnostic within the next 30 days.
We were very pleased and on top of it all, he was quite the gentleman.
Last, and maybe the most important, I received a call later that day. He just wanted to make sure all was OK before calling it a day.
A good neighbor!
