FunWorks Party and Event Rentals

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I called and reserved a jumper and chairs for my sons birthday party and they NEVER SHOWED UP! When I placed my reservation on the phone I provided all my information and she confirmed delivery would be between 7am-​9am on the party day. I called the Friday before the party to confirm the reservation. On the party day they never showed up! I called and left several messages that have all gone unreturned. This is a horrible way to do business my son was devastated not to have the jumper at his party and I was left in a predicament because I didn’t have many games to fill the time as I knew the kids would be in the jumper. Needless to say this is a horrible business practice and I hope no one else has to go through what we did for this party.

This place never called to confirm the day before our party like they said they would. I left two messages. Finally someone answered the phone and immediately said they had another call and would call me right back. Never heard back. So we called a different place and got a bounce house last minute. The next morning I left a message canceling. Terrible experience. Almost ruined our party.

Called just to get prices and the guy was a big jerk was wanting to get a jumper too but with the attitude he had jt made me change my mind. If thats how they are while just giving a price i can imagine how bad of customer service the give when getting something. Dont even waste your time to call.

Never use this company!!! I ordered a snow cone machine and ordered the package with machine, 2 syrups, and cups. I was told they would also provide a table. I was told also that on confirmation that I would be able to order the flavored syrups, this didn’t happen. They called to asked us if it would be ok to drop off on Friday vs. Saturday at no charge since they will be in area. Sure no problem. We paid the fee but he had no change and that he would bring it back when he picked up machine. When they came to pick up the person was very rude and condescending. Didn’t have change and said he thought was a tip. He then stated that we begged them to deliver on Friday instead of Saturday… What? They asked us. This is why they didn’t charge us for it.
I then called that night and left a message, no call back. I called a couple of days later to discuss what happened and the lady was very rude and condescending and cut me off when I tried to speak.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Jason was rude, cussed at my wife, then proceeded to call back repeatedly, stating that he would show up at our front door. All we asked for was a price break down on a bouncer rental. I recommend not doing business with this company. Didn’t want to rate this company but I had too. Should be 0 stars.
