Crumb Brothers specializes in traditional artisan breads and fine French pastries. All are hand crafted using time honored techniques and the finest ingredients. We use locally milled organic flours along with fresh, local fruit and produce.
Breakfast sandwiches, soup, paninis and a variety of fresh made sandwiches are also available in our café and, weather permitting, on our beautiful patio.
History
Established in 2003.
In the spring of 2003, Bill Oblock and two friends combined their passion for hand crafted, artisan breads with their desire to create an environmentally and socially responsive business in Northern Utah. They founded Crumb Brothers Artisan Bread in Logan, Utah.

Business Owner
Bill has been involved in the food industry all his life. Bill is a respected, award winning Chef having worked in and owned several fine dining restaurants in Northern Utah. His passion for baking led him to create a wonderful bakery in Logan. It is a must stop for travelers to Bear Lake, Yellowstone Park and visitors from all over.
