Born and Raised in Chicago, and this was the first time trying noodle’s and company. Really loved it. The lady at the counter was nice and the noodles were good. I found another spot eat cool. Had the pad thai which was great. Want to try other noodles next time.

Love noodles and company! I am a quasi-regular — enough so that the manager recognized and me knows my order, how embarrassing(or awesome!). Place is delicious, love the rice krispies!!!

I am simple excited that my favorite meal is only 350 calories. It’s the Mediterranean wrap. My weight loss challenge could not be successful with out it. Nathan and the staff was so informative about what taste great and has less calories I couldn’t help but to bring my friends in on it as well.

Ok, so I’ve never been to a Noodles and Company but was excited to try it. Apparently Noodles and Company is owned by an Augustana College alum and as a fellow Augustana alum I figured it would be amazing. I don’t know if it’s all Noodles and Company locations or just this one, but it was just terrible. The only thing I found appetizing was the macaroni and cheese but at over 1000 calories I couldn’t eat that without crying myself to sleep that night. I opted instead for some Wisconsin cheesesteak and a bowl of tomato soup. The cheesesteak was awful. I couldn’t even eat it. The tomato soup was like eating a bowl of marinara sauce. No thanks. Won’t be back. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the bathrooms were clean and the workers were polite.

Good food! Sometimes better than others but overall satisfying! I get the penne rosa with Parmesan, grill chicken and no whine. It’s a nice big bowl of pasta and I usually have left overs that I eat at home.

Good Noodles and Company in Lombard. This is a little smaller setup than some of the others I have been to, but not too small. It definitely gets busy, but the food is pretty consistent and tasty. Service is friendly, but it does take a little while because they do not make the food until you order. Good place to go for lunch or dinner.

This was our first time at a Noodles & Company and we were very impressed. We came with a BOGO entrée coupon but even without the coupon, the prices were reasonable and more importantly, the food was very good. The penne rosa entrée was very spicy-hot. I had the limited time offer of backyard barbeque chicken salad. For me, it was perfect. I was impressed with the staff. Even though it is fast casual restaurant where you place your order and pay for it at the counter and then the food is brought to you, a staff member came back twice to check on us to make sure everything was ok. I wanted to clear our table before we left but I didn’t see any garbage cans so I believe the staff clears your table after you leave. I appreciate the calorie counts being disclosed on the menu. It did influence my entrée choice. Good restaurant. Glad we gave it a try.

Food is consistent at every noodles & co. location. My favorite dish is the pesto cavatappi with breaded chicken(additional cost). My second favorite is the penne rosa. As soon as I entered at around 2pm, the girl at the counter walked over to me and asked if I needed any help. I asked her about the truffle Mac and cheese and she informed me it was a special and no longer on the menu. I then asked her how long it would take them to get my take out order ready, to which she replied«5 minutes!» Lo and behold, my order really was ready in 5 minutes! Albeit I was the only one in the restaurant. Still, I appreciate hard working people. Plus she was smiling and pleasant the entire time. 5 star service.

Outstanding service, clean restaurant, decent food. That pretty much sums up my experience at this location. Came on a Friday during lunch hour, and it wasn’t very busy. There’s a big menu hanging next to where the line forms, so that area can get congested very easily. Very poor layout design, but that gets overlooked quickly when other things come into play. For one, the service is truly outstanding from beginning to end. The staff is so attentive and friendly, which greatly enhances the experience. The restaurant was clean, unlike the Woodridge location. The food was decent for a chain restaurant. I ordered the Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine and Chicken Noodle Soup. I like how they bring out the soup first, then the entrée. The Woodridge location brought both out at the same time. My favorite Noodles & Co location so far, will be back!

It’s a bit smaller than other N&Cs I’ve visited, but it’s still nice. Staff is friendly, and everything is clean.

*** Celiac Friendly *** With gluten free pasta available to be substituted into just about any pasta dish, I am a fan. I had lunch there today and they were most accommodating.

I usually love this place. They have the best fresh pasta from a place of this grade. I ordered my favorite spicy Penne Rosa. It has Spicy tomato cream sauce, penne pasta, mushrooms, tomato, spinach and wine, Parmesan or feta cheese. This specific location did not make it right. The sauce was a little too thick and my pasta was undercooked. I would not recommend this location, but would still recommend the restaurant chain, in general.

Friendly staff and a healthy variety of offerings, typical of a Noodles & Co. location. But it is always FREEZING cold in this location! Wear a jacket.

Clean, fast, tasty noodles at a reasonable price. Good customer service. I had the Indonesian noodles and a side of Thai curry soup. both were pretty good. Will be back to try other items.

I’m a fan of Noodles & Co everywhere-the staff is ALWAYS smiling! It’s your best friend behind the register!?! The concept is great and they are always so accommodating. I have never had a bad experience.

We are big fans of Noodles & Company. While the service was good here, the butter noodles I ordered could have used a bit more butter & cheese. The other locations we frequent always nail it – this location seemed to skimp a bit. They were still fresh, hot and tasty — but not the same flavorwise as the other locations we normally go to.

Its nice to have a Noodles & Company near my home. The pastas are always fresh and consistent, plenty of vegetarian options and serves as a decent place to grab a quick lunch. The place is new and clean. There are not many negatives either. I just have not tried too many different pastas, I love the penne rosa here!

I don’t really understand the low reviews for this location. We dined here after 8pm on a Friday. I ordered the steak stroganoff and my bf got the mac & cheese w/meatballs. When we ordered someone in the kitchen yelled to us that they were out of elbow macaroni and was cavatappi OK instead. My bf was fine with the change and it turned out that he enjoyed the dish with these noodles a lot more than the elbow macaroni(I’ve since ordered mac & cheese with cavatappi too). I get that the location is a bit small and the layout can be restricting but we were there late and it wasn’t overly crowded. I love that Noodles & Co have the cool Coke machines(the name escapes me right now) but a line can form as people tend to be indecisive. Most places that have these machines only have 1 so I know what to expect in regard to a wait. I did notice that a few of the tables weren’t being cleared/cleaned. I just chalked this up to being towards closing time. It didn’t bother me that much as there were clean available tables. The food was great, just as we expected and have become familiar with. If in the area, I would visit this location again.

I am a bit biased having worked for the company in a past life but this particular Noodles is a big strike out for the crew in Colorado. The location is too small, poorly designed, and very user unfriendly. Combine that with a dirty dining room and service that a mechanic couldn’t fine tune, makes this particular Noodles a poor choice over, say, a Flat Top Grill right around the corner. If you are craving the Pesto cavatappi or Mac N Cheese, head to the one in Wheaton which is still cream of the crop!

I thought this was a great location– I’m so glad there is one at Yorktown now! I love Noodles in general, but the people working at this new location were friendly, service was quick and accurate, and the food was perfect. I love how they make your food to order so you can have it with no mushrooms or something like that. I love the Pesto Cavatappi with the parmesan chicken. Their salads are also fantastic. Their rolls are really tasty too, and don’t miss the rice krispie treats! I also really like their Coke machine where you can get delicious Cherry Coke. I would have given it 5 stars except my husband witnessed an employee confronting another employee and said it was uncomfortable.
