The technicians that removed and replaced our water softener, Dan and Paul, were friendly, fast and efficient. I highly recommend this company. The price was excellent as well.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. My sister recommended Precision and I am glad I called. From the woman I originally talked to right down to Billy L, the plumber, they are professional and very helpful. Billy was done in about 30 minutes. The price was excellent at $ 149 and there was no mess to clean up. Thank you for a job well done. I will refer you to friends that need your assistance.

I spoke with Nina, Tiffany, Doug and Andrea who were all very kind, understanding and helpful. But their technician, Jeff, went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Not only to get heat quickly, but to give me the best deal possible. He was kind, personable and explained everything so I understood. Sometimes technicians may talk down to a woman, but not Jeff. He made me comfortable in my decision and gave me all options. He did not leave until everything was handled. What a good company and what a great technician and just all around good human being!

Jeff came to service our furnace and humidifiers. He was friendly and explained everything before doing any work.

If you need any type of plumbing help, inside or outside of the house, Precision Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is the place to call. Not only is their entire staff friendly, knowledgeable and understanding, but they are also responsive and proactive! Within one hour of calling them, a two man crew arrived at my property. They found and corrected the plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. They made sure that I was well informed of the progress and even addressed an additional issue regarding a sewer line. A third plumber arrived within 30 minutes to send a camera down the sewer line to look for breaks. If there is such a thing as peace of mind when having to deal with plumbing problems, you will find it with this great group of professionals. They came highly recommended through a friend that is in the commercial construction business.

I give 4 stars to the technician who came to check out my furnace. I thought he was knowledgeable and very friendly. I give 3 stars overall because the cost for a technician to visit was really high!

I love Precision Plumbing, they put in my AC and furnace with a very good price and great financing. If I need help they are always out the next day. Jeff is MY technician. He is intelligent, never rushes through, researches what is going on and always brings my furnace back to new working condition. Jeff IS the Man !

Brent did an excellent job replacing my old Sump pump on a Friday night, he explained the different options, took care of the job and made sure everything is functioning properly and waste is removed, I would work with Brent again.

I had a clog that was backing up black water into the sump pump. The sump handled it pretty well but we needed it fixed right away since we have a finished basement. They were supposed to come over the day we called but they called back later to cancel until the next day since they had a sudden emergency on a job they were already on; that poor customer had to have his yard ripped up according to what we were told. The last minute cancellation is the reason I didn’t give the fifth star.
Rick H. was our serviceman who came the next day. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept his work areas very clean while rodding the line. As a matter of fact, he was able to stay cleaner and keep the work area cleaner while messing around in a live sewer line than I stay doing everyday things like watching TV or going shopping for instance. How does that happen lol…
I was able to get their «Restore Service» special rate of $ 149.00 which was less than half what others in the area charged. Although this is a minimal service, Rick explained what had to be done before he did it and showed us video of the pipes after the job was done.
Rick did try to sell us the upgraded services over and above the minimal «Restore» service, but I would hardly call it hard sell or oversold; more like a verbal listing of services and specials. I was actually appreciative that he took a few minutes to list and explain details of other services so I have a better idea on what they offered and what they may charge if I need them in the future, or if I decided to upgrade while they’re here. All in all it was well worth the money.
Despite what other reviewers say here, I personally had a good experience with this company and I definitely think I’m going to call them in the spring for the spring cleaning…

Called in due to an unknown leak in master bath affecting floor, ceilings and lower level.
Pros: polite, fast, professional service. Good phone and in person presence, clear website and overall good communication.
Cons: oversold services we didn’t need, pricey compared to others in area. 538 leak search, 254 tub caulk, 400 reseal toilet, 860 install toilet, 1900 repair tub overflow, 1560 demolition of tub shower wall. All said and done, wanted about 4K for what another plumber charged a couple hundred bucks for a copper joint replacement.

It doesn’t surprise me that there are so many 1 star reviews… This company is all about trying to rip off its customers. They tried to sell me a $ 4000 job for a clogged drain…“We need to dig up the front yard in order to unclog the pipe” said Bob. He didn’t even use a rodder to try to fix clog from inside the house.
I went to rental max, and rented a 50ft electric rodder for $ 50. Problem solved in 30 minutes. If money is no object, then go ahead and call these Thieves.

We’ve been using these guys for years, and we always feel like they are very fair and knowledgeable. Bob and Marty are especially wonderful and a lot of fun! It’s never a good feeling when your pipes need unblocking, but with these guys, we feel like they are doing their best for us and trying to keep the cost down as much as possible.

Chris Was out here to clear a clog in the drain. After showing me the camera of what was causing my backup, He indicated a few things could be done now and should be done in the future. After Chris left i felt at ease about my newly acquired house, and he was the reason for it. He came out on a Saturday and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks

Paul D helped me out with plumbing questions. He was incredibly awesome and his personality was contagious. I would recommend him to anyone looking for some honest plumbing help

I wish I could give these guys 0 stars!
They were professional– but charged us 500 $ to fix a faucet, and 300 $ to fix a toilet.
When I questioned it they said it was a lot
Of work involved — it took them 40 minutes.
I feel ripped off– my fault, but I’ll never use these guys again– highway robbery, so unethical– to take advantage of people who don’t know better.

Just one month of dealing with this company, and I’ve just found my THIRD sewer flood. This, after THREE visits from these guys. This, after these guys GUARANTEED I was good on a long-​term basis. This, after both the technician and the Service Manager informed me that I would only need to have a camera inspection every 6 months before replacing the pipes. And worse yet, this after they GUARANTEED me it was safe to proceed with renovations and carpet installation in my basement, which I did. BBB Complaint Filed…
These people don’t know what they’re doing, they offer botched work at best, and they push other services on their customers. Don’t fall for it. Left hand, right hand… Nobody knows what they’re doing or what they’d talking about and they certainly do not communicate with one another about any of it. They’re all blowing smoke up your a$$.

I originally called Precision Plumbing to rod a drain that clogs up once a year or so… just the grease from our sink that builds up. They came out quickly, worked quickly and cleanly, and the technician was polite… I rated them 3 stars because they did a 5 star job but charged twice what our usual guy does. (we usually use a different plumber but I mistook them in my contact list, it was late and my bathtub was filling fast)
Less than two weeks later the drain clogged back up and when I called the answering service told me that it’s ~$ 150 to come out and even check if it’s a related issue that could be covered under warrantee. Just getting that answer took two calls to the answering service and the price quoted was more than the other guys charge to just fix the problem. I was livid.
The following morning, the GM (Mike, I believe) called me back to apologize for how the situation was handled. He sent the technician back out the following day to redo the work at no charge… the technician decided that he needed help with the project so he had to return two days later with a camera to check the pipes (again at no charge to us)… they came out, ran a camera, and rodded the pipes out… after all that, the drain flows a little but still backs up. It was completely plugged and now it will fill the tub when I shower but empty within 5 minutes of being done.
I again got a follow up call from Mike apologizing that they weren’t able to fix the problem. At that point I called a few other plumbers to get estimates on fixing the piping that keeps causing this issue and agreed to call Mike back afterwards.
After all the other estimates were in, Precision offered to do the job for the same cost as the lowest reasonable estimate and even took off the money I originally spent with them to rod the drain.
So, it took a little bit, but they absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with their work. These guys completely proved that they are stand up people and honest businessmen. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I used Precision last December to install a dishwasher and fridge I bought. That cost me $ 640 for less than a few hours work. I felt ripped off and called to complain (the fridge and dishwasher cost barely over that)
As time went on, the dishwasher wouldn’t clean very good and it wasn’t securely tightened in the area it was installed. It got to the point where the other day it didn’t drain at all so I called Precision (this was last Sat am) I left a message to have dispatch call me to set up and appointment. I got a call back 4 hours later apologizing for the delay and to call back. I did call back and guess what??? It’s Wednesday and I haven’t received a call back. Thankfully it wasn’t a real emergency or Id be really stuck.
Possibly the worst customer service I’ve received in years and paid $ 640 for a job that wasn’t even done correctly.
