I love the friendly service here. They made the chocolate malt that my mom and me ordered to perfection. The cashier he seemed to enjoy to help and did not make us feel like a number. Will come back.

Before, even with a different Carl’s nearby, we’d still go out of the way to go here. Their seat lobby is well structured and pleasant to eat in. The staff is always prompt and friendly.
The food is always made well, but usually takes awhile to wait. Even when it’s not terribly busy, food can take up to 15 minutes sometimes.
Still, with always having clean seats and table, and friendly people, I still come here.
The Santa Fe chicken sandwich (requested on sourdough) is delicious and always a favorite. The criss-​cross fries are good too. The zucchinis can be good, if cooked properly. Sometimes at other locations, the bigger slices are still cold. Famous Star burgers are yummy!

We have been coming here for years 2 or 3 times a week it was great. This location is under
new management its not good anymore. I don’t like to visit a place where the manager is yelling
and treating the employees poorly especially in front of customers as well as foul language. The
place is always always dirty use to be spotless. I have known several long term employees because I have been visited for such a long time all seem unhappy now. I will not be back we
have to many other options.

Damn, this location is terrible. Ordered a charbroiled chicken salad and received a side salad that was just, ugh… sad. We also ordered a famous star combo, medium, but received it in it’s medium size holder with only half the actual portion. Really?? THEN they forgot to give us our drink. When attempting to ask for ranch the employee said «yeah, it’s in there» with an attitude. So how are you sure I don’t just want another side for my burger, or even better how about you just LOSE THE ATTITUDE. Btw, this was all through the drive thru. When we went back around to let them know all the things we were missing or went wrong, the guy who originally took our order didn’t show his face. Instead, the manager gave us the rest of our meal, him too, with the same attitude. I guess that explains why they have so many bad reviews. All in all, we received our order correct the second time around, but it’s still unacceptable. The stars are only for how delicious the food is, but overall the experience was poor and we definitely won’t be returning.

This establishment allows panhandlers, vagrants and beggars to enter their property and disturb the patrons. Will never go their again after my experience with a crazy guy today.

In this drive thru for 30 minutes. And still is. Seems like 1 guy is working. But there’s actually 2 and they’re not getting work done at all.

Got one of their ultimate biscuit. The picture of it looks big. When i got it WTF Puny little thing $ 3.80 for this Puny little crap. I’ll never buy their puny little biscuit again.

Was looking forward to trying new «Natural Burger».Bummed that they only Char grill, not so healthy. I’ll pass on all the carcinogens Carl’s.

The all natural burger was kinda healthy because it didnt make my stomach hurt. Jk. Its a great place to eat at

I used to get good burgers going thru the drive thru, but now I get dry burgers. It’s like the meat has been sitting under the warmers. I’ve even asked to have a just made burger pattie and I still get a dry pattie. What the heck?! I guess it’s going to be 5 Guys and Burger City Grill for now on. Thanks a bunch Carl’s Jr…

Been coming to this place for years one of the best Carl’s jrs I’ve been to. My favorites are the Famous star with extra Sauce and for breakfast the Breakfast burger. I tried their New hearty breakfast and it was average and the bacon was thin as paper. Their strawberry buscuits are a deffinte pass on the taste meter.

I used the coupons from the «fundraiser coupon book», I got a hamburger kids meal, chocolate cake, and famous star for free!!! I didn’t even have to purchase an item. The staff is very friendly and in 3 years have only had my order incorrect twice.

We went to the drive thru on 03-​22-​2014 @ around 9:30 am and we ordered two orders of the «sausage egg biscuits» specials. We received our order and down the road we found only 3 biscuits. There should have been 4. There were people behind us so I didn’t check out what we got. Perhaps she was to busy trying to up-​sale me everything under the sun.

Everyone is always very nice and professional here at this place, it makes my visit very enjoyable! Everyone should get a raise — you have a great staff here! A few years back, I inadvertently left my debit card here and when I remembered the next day, I came back and the woman (her name escapes me, I’m sorry) recognized me and gave me my card!!! But no matter what time of day I come in, the staff has a smile on their faces!

Very delicious! I ate 1870 calories in Carl’s Jr breakfast!!! Cheated on my diet but I was hung over and it was worth it :)
I’ve always had great service here, whether I’m driving-​thru or eating inside. Best deal for me would be the side salad, that’s what I usually eat with the balsamic dressing.

I thought I’d write a review for this Carl’s since they seem to have none. From my one experience here, this is a clean restaurant with friendly, professional employees. My only complaint is that my order came with the wrong dipping sauce (BBQ instead of buffalo) and condiments (there was no mayo on the boyfriend’s burger, when I’d specifically asked for it to be added – what can I say, he loves mayo). No big deal, though. The quality of the food was great (those chicken tenders are always so tasty!) and the girl who helped me was very pleasant. I couldn’t help but notice how she interacted with other guests as well and was impressed by how polite and helpful she was to everyone.
