I huge shout out to Smith’s! They took my broken car key and were able to make another key. We are talking about a 1989 Mitsubishi Gallant. They couldn’t use the machine but they did it by codeand it works far better than the original key I had! I am very very happy and I highly recommend this place!

Georgette programmed my fob 2007 prius key in an hour for about $ 100, not sure of exact amount. It works exactly like the original. I am extremely happy with my service. I was referred by Blu Automotive. Also, I had house keys made that worked perfect.

So I accidentally broke a key off in the seat lock of my 2000 Honda VFR800 motorcycle. I went to a locksmith who wouldn’t even look at it, and then a motorcycle dealer who said leave it and he would look at it in a few days. I called Smith based on the great Unilocal reviews I saw. They said come down right now and Georgette was able to get the broken key out in about one minute for a bargain price. This place is the best locksmith in the South Bay, and the only one I will ever use. Don’t even look anywhere else. Thanks a million Georgette!

They were awesome, called them to get some cylinders re-​keyed and set up an appointment. I called the day of the appointment and they were ready to go and would meet me at the site within a two hour window of the appointment. Within a half an hour Bobby showed up and could not have been any nicer. He did much more than expected and had to even fix a deadbolt. I could not have expected them to do anymore and the price was way lower than I would have thought. I only wish I had them do my locks the first time around. I was way over charged the first time I had locks re-​keyed. I would highly recommend them for all of your jobs.

Georgette promptly came over and although the lock was not easy, she was able to replace the cylinder quickly. She also explained about a few other things and even gave some extra new keys.

Love Smith’s Lock & Safe. I got so tired of Home Depot and Lowes keys not working. I started going to Smith’s, every key, every time is dead on. I went today for a new car key after she made the key she tested it, it didn’t work, nor did the 2nd, 3rd time was the charm. This is a family run business who really care about the customer.
