History
Established in 2003.
Since Piedrasassi’s first vintage in 2003, we have dedicated ourselves to making great Syrah from the Central Coast. We also make a berry-fermented Sauvignon Blanc, a passito Sangiovese dessert wine, a value-oriented white wine (currently a viognier) and a funny, too-dark rosé.
In the beginning of 2012, we also opened New Vineland Bread, the bakery behind our tasting room.
