The staff is very accommodating even on a busy Saturday, but my gel manicure only lasted about three days before chipping off. I feel that is more of a reflection on the products they use than on the staff. I received an adequate manicure with less than adequate product.

Absolutely terrible. DONOTCOMEHERE. My sister an i made appointments for full new sets and removal of our old ones. The woman over and over deliberately tried to just fill and not give my sister a new set. After correcting her the 5th time she stormed out and left for 20 minutes. When she came back she moved me to her station and my sister to a guys station. And she painted gel on my nails. SOTERRIBLE. It looks like a freakin 3 year old painted my nails. After telling her 3 times they looked bad and bumpy she literally said im all set and stopped painting them. I HATETHISPLACE. Worst customer service ever.

I’ve gone twice. So much is wrong with this place. The woman who works there rushes you, literally puts her hands on your kid to move her… Use your words, lady! Also, the design she put on my daughters feet was something that her 7 year old friend could do. I hate to do this, but its bad. Go to jealous nails in Derry.

I have not been here in a while but I have to say I was impressed by the customer service. They have new ownership. I was welcomed and offer something to drink from coffee tea water and even wine.(It was 9am so I passed on the wine) they told me about the 20%off coupon on there website and brought me the wifi password the gentleman doing my pedicure was extremely gentle and paid close attention to detail I’m happy I came back and would recommend you try them again. This was my first visit and will be my last. I arrived at 6:15 — they close at 7pm — which I thought was enough time for a pedicure. Apparently not. The polish job was ok but the bottom of my feet looked the same as when I walked in. Usually when I get a pedicure they use the pumice stone on the bottom of my feet while I try not to laugh — this pedicure consisted on one swipe with the pumice stone under my foot, a nail trim and a quick«massage» and a paint. When I was seated to dry my paint I was asked to pay and as soon as I did he was out the door. This experience was a complete waste of money — so disappointing!

Clean and quick but expensive!!! Went in for quick French polish on me toes. He literally just files nails painted French on and was 19 $!! I woulda went to salon down street that was 25 $ for full pedicure, not worth it!

I got a shellac manicure with a spa pedicure here the other day with a friend of mine. The pedicure was excellent and the manicure is holding up well, too. I’d never tried shellac before and found it to be a very good experience! The salon does carry CND brand shellac polish! Overall the cost was about what I expected for a New Hampshire nail salon($ 35 for mani/pedi with shellac) and I would definitely go back.
