We are a locally-​owned meal service that prepares chef-​created meals you cook at home. Easy Entrees can be your answer to today’s pressing question, «What’s for dinner?» Our meals are created from scratch, easy to prepare, wholesome, and delicious. We combine fresh ingredients without the «nasties» that are in much of today’s food. We can customize entrees to meet your dietary needs (gluten free, low salt, exclusion of ingredients you don’t like, etc.) Our menu changes monthly and offers entrée choices in the beef, poultry, fish/​seafood and vegetarian categories. You can order online or by calling us. The process is easy, the food is delicious, and the service is perfect for those who are too busy to cook, don’t like to cook, or are in need of a gift idea that is truly meaningful and helpful! Delivery is also available! It’s EASY!

History

Established in 2003.

Easy Entrees was created by two women who shared a passion for delicious, home-​cooked meals. In 2008, Robin and Rich Fickle purchased the business, which has become the ongoing story of Robin’s passion for great food. Even though she loved to cook, it was a challenge to find time to plan and prepare delicious, healthy, home-​cooked meals for her busy family. Easy Entrees has become the vehicle to help families like her own. The business has grown to include two locations: Lakewood, a pickup location, and Lone Tree, a pickup location as well as the center for their food production. Delivery throughout the metro area is also offered. Their recipe for success focuses on easy-​to-​prepare, delicious, and healthy meals created with fresh ingredients without all the «nasties» present in much of today’s food. «My passion is to enable you to put a home-​cooked, delicious meal on your family’s table. Hello! I have now lived, breathed, and eaten (!) Easy Entrees for 6 years. Besides my adventurous husband and two amazing sons, the business has become my «raison d’etre.» It is a joy to serve families the wholesome, delicious, and healthy meals they deserve. While not a trained chef, I love to cook, and I’m passionate about nurturing and delighting others with great food. At Easy Entrees, I have surrounded myself with fantastic people who deserve to be mentioned here. Greg is our professionally-​trained chef who creates on a whim many fabulous recipes and faithfully makes a gourmet lunch for the staff every day! Beth is our store manager extraordinaire who keeps everything rolling (lasagna rolls included) and keeps the owner organized! Add to them the dedicated staff who cheerfully prepare all the vegetables, meats, and sauces for every recipe, and then create the individual entrees.
