Angela Osborn, DDS

It is my great pleasure to be a patient of Dr Angela Osborn. She and her friendly staff provide what I can only say is the best dental experience I have had. From the moment you walk into their offices, you are made to feel welcome and at home, and never rushed. Dr. Osborn as well as her excellent and talented dental hygienist Jamie, really take the time to listen and understand any dental concerns or issues one might have, and then suggest the most appropriate treatment.
I also appreciate the wide variety of state of the art treatments and services provided. Dr. Osborn is very up to date with the latest technology in dental care, and I felt that the best options were available to me.
Dr. Osborn’s team also have a genuine heart for patient care, and this was so clearly demonstrated when I recently had a family member visiting from outside of the country. She seemed to develop an abscess on a tooth during her vacation and it was causing her a lot of pain. In calling Dr. Osborn’s office and explaining the situation to them, I was astounded at their willingness to do everything they could to find an opening in their schedule to see her the very same day, and take care of the abscess for her.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Osborn and her great team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the next level in dental and patient care.

My family and I have been going to Dr Osborn for over 12 years it has always been a great visit.
They are always pleasant and professional, always concerned about your over all heath and well being, always listen if we have any questions or concerns, always ask how you are doing and if I need to take a moment during a procedure
These are things that my previous Dentist did not do.
In regards to some of the other reviews, there were staff that may have cased problems in the past but they are no longer with the practice.
Maybe it depends on the insurance coverage but for us they admit the charges to my insurance first then we get billed for whatever the insurance did not cover.

This practice is all about money, not concerned about losing a family of four patients over a simple discrepancy.
I was a dental assistant for fifteen years. I know the difference between a one surface O-​filling, and a two surface OL-​filling, and when I am being talked down to like I couldn’t possible know anything.

Dr. Osborn is the best dentist in Colorado! Her office is clean, modern, inviting and professional. When you walk into the office you are immediately greeted by Brittany with a smile and a polite chat about current insurance. Jamie, the dental hygienist is knowledgeable about current tools, x-​Rays and techniques that she will be implementing and things you can do to help yourself at home. Britt, Dr. Osborn’s dental assistant made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to ask questions about my dental procedures. She is clear and concise with a kind smile.
Dr.Osborn is polite, warm and professional. I truly trust her and have had several necessary and pro-​active procedures done. She takes her time to explain details and has always made me feel comfortable and safe with her.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a positive dental experience. Dr. Osborne and her staff truly make my visit a pleasant experience!

The service doesn’t justify the way they treat people. Unprofessional and a truly disturbing practice.

I used to be a dentophobe and borderline anti-​dentite, and I only went to the dentist when I had a toothache. This is the most efficient, most caring, and most professional medical office of any kind that I’ve been to. Dr Osborn and the rest of the staff have great skills and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I am now catching up on 40 years of dental neglect and I couldn’t be happier. The technology they have is amazing and they’ll take detailed pictures of your teeth and explain each step and the reason for each procedure.

My wife has loved Angela. She has been great. Office staff. .. not so much. .. rude and very unfriendly.
My main complaint is that the practice makes us pay up front for the full service and wait for the insurance company to pay us back. I’ve never had to do that before. All my previous dentist’s all file the claim, get paid directly from the insurer, and I’m only out of pocket what I owe after insurance. It’s VERY likely that my wife is going to change dentists just for the hassle it causes to have to sit there and wait for reimbursement twice a year every time she gets her teeth cleaned. This is simply laziness on their part. This is their business. I don’t want to be responsible for that. Say my wife, myself and two kids all went to Dr. Osborn’s office twice a year for cleanings. I would have to pay for 8 full dental cleanings (over $ 1000 out of pocket) then I have to wait for the insurance company. She’s probably switching dentists. It’s not worth it. There are plenty of dentists out there that only make you pay what you owe.
