Lovesac

Love everything about this store! Worked with Amy, one of the sales associates and she was beyond helpful and very patient with us in buying our 6&8 with Taupe velvet. We were pretty particular since these are expensive couches but with a lifetime warranty and so many ways to convert these couches how can you go wrong. Very happy with our purchase and glad we bought them from this location.

A review for the product — the Sactional is divine! The comfort and deep sitting areas are luxurious. I love the fact that you can change the look and feel with the fitted zip covers. The quality is definitely there and when you weigh the price against these factors it is worth the investment.
I went to the store first to see what the offerings are and I found the staff knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions without the pressure of buying on the spot. I also ordered swatches of the fabric so make a decision on the covers I wanted. But, by the time I got the swatches and ordered, the company changed the SKUs and I was sent covers that I didn’t choose.
In the end I purchased online because I found this company doesn’t pay a commission so I didn’t have to feel a loyalty to those that helped in the store.
The online purchase was fairly easy — although they could use a site that is more user-​friendly and makes sense to the customer as there is confusing and contradicting language about what you need to order.
The customer service from the main number was horrendous, and I experienced the same from the email customer service. So much so that after about 10 back & forth emails I had to find a regional manager to fix the errors made by the LoveSac staff.
After receiving too many sections, the wrong covers and horrible service, the manager made everything right by sending someone from this store to assemble the Sactional, pack up the wrong covers and ship the stuff back for a quick refund.
In the end, all the trouble was worth it and my husband LOVES the LoveSac! I highly recommend this company.

Thoroughly impressed with the service I received from the LoveSac store. While there were some errors made in the delivery due to some products being in store and others being ordered for delivery the staff at the store went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was corrected. 2 store staff members actually came to my house to install the cushion covers that were missing from the delivery the previous day. Nice recovery on what could have been an otherwise unpleasant experience.

Nothing but positive things to say. Staff especially Kevin very instrumental in our purchase. Worked with us on some special needs we had to get a better deal. Kept in touch regularly throughout the entire process. Can’t wait to have my lovesac couch for my new home. Cannot tell the staff and Kevin how stellar their service has been. I love the products and the staff at LoveSac in the Park Meadows Mall!
The staff has been extremely helpful each time I have called them, no matter who I have talked to. I needed a couple more bases, or «shoes», for my configuration and since I live in the Springs they mailed them very quickly to me so I did not have to go to the store in Denver.
I ended up needing a replacement hardware piece for my Sactional, and they were very helpful and quick with that as well.
The material of the Sactional is of very good quality and the cushions are a good medium between soft and firm. I love the fact that you can rearrange and reconfigure the couch cushions and backs to make the couch fit anywhere you need it to. It looks amazing in my living room.
I also have a LoveSac and love the feeling of the material. The sac was a little flat but they sent me free foam to fill it up.
The customer service at LoveSac has been wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend anyone to this store.

After having moved a 9-​foot couch twice (awful), LoveSac’s well designed, stylish modular sactional really appealed to me. The idea of being able to move it myself, put it into multiple configurations and wash all the covers was a big selling point. What made me finally purchase the sactional, however, was their designer Tracy. She came to my home, helped me pick out colors that would work with my style and created configurations that would fit in my space. She took pieces that I never thought would go together and made them look like a magazine cover! The ONLY reason I didn’t give LoveSac a perfect five star rating is because changing the pieces around was tough. You really need two people, and if one piece is off just a little the whole configuration won’t work. But Tracy went above and beyond, came back to my home and helped me put a different seating configuration together and taught me the best way to click the pieces in place. Not to mention she completely re-​designed my living room in the process. I can’t wait to have company over now. I would definitely recommend LoveSac not just because of the practicality of the furniture but because of the incredibly service they offer through designers like Tracy.

I love the product but I feel the staff and operations are disorganized. It seems like they really only care about you ordering the product but lose interest after that.
I ordered a piece of furniture and was told that the store had to order it from somewhere else and that they would call me in 7 – 10 days (which is kind of a while but whatever). They never called me so on the 14^th day I called them to ask about the status of the order. The employee acted extremely confused and said something about how they don’t keep orders filed alphabetically (whaaa?). I had to basically tell them I needed it in a week because I was having guests over. The employee was nice but it was like she didn’t have the tools to help me. After a few calls back and forth I finally got what I paid for but they weren’t friendly when I picked it up. I used to work retail so I know it sucks and I tried to be as patient and nice as can be but seriously that was unacceptable.
