Absolutely horrible service, mediocre food. They messed up one of our burger orders 3 times and it took 30 minutes to get it out to us correctly, in which time everyone else in our group was done eating. The manager on duty could be heard and seen yelling at the guys in the kitchen in front of all the customers inside the restaurant! There was a lady with her husband near our table and her husband got his burger first and she waited over 30 minutes for hers… I’m pretty sure there was about to be an uprising in this place because of how absurdly long everyone was waiting for their food. My advice: Don’t go to this Smash Burger location, it’s horrible.

The staff here is awesome! My coworkers and I ordered a pickup order online and somehow picked the wrong location. Once I got there to pick it up, they told me it was ordered at another location and didn’t hesitate to offer to put together the entire order for me. I really appreciate all the hard work/time put into fixing my mistake. I will absolutely be back – excellent food and excellent staff!

Clean restaurant! Very busy on a Sunday so the food took a bit longer. Won’t mention his name but while ordering the gentlemen proceeded to scratch his armpit! Almost walked out but my kid was dying for a burger. Orders coming out were sort of unorganized but again it was very busy, but the youngest crew member was rocking it making all the shakes and guiding the way.

I’m usually not a smashburger fan– I’d rather go to 5 Guys — but the other people I work with wanted to come here for lunch so I came with them.
The food was better than I remember, altho I always think their patties are a little skimpy. Everything tasted great, tho, and the service was above par. I’d probably come back :)

I came in with a friend for lunch one day and the staff was not very nice and pushy. We got our food my friend loves the place and her burger was overcooked and charred and my food was cold. Then I found a hair in my fried pickles but by this time had ate most of them so we just ended up throwing the food away and leaving. We decided to not come back to this location for the staff and bad food. We would have said something to the manager but since we ate the food since it was our lunch hour and didn’t have time to wait for new food just left it alone but I’ve heard other people in our office talking about going there too and not being happy with the service or food so thought I’d put a complaint in.

The burgers are fantastic every time. If you haven’t tried smash burger you are missing out! I found this a few years ago and love to go with my kids. The service is great and they always aim to please. The smash fries are absolutely amazing and good for a different type of taste. They are a bit pricy but you get what you pay for in my opinion! They have great shakes and a nice clean place to eat. Give them a try!

I probably should not be writing a review simply because I really don’t qualify. I don’t eat burgers, but my son does. He said it was delish! The fries are the skinny/frozen type — not the real potatoes, but he liked them. I did taste his vanilla shake and it was yummy. I had the garden salad and it was good quality for and for only 5 bucks — it was a deal. The service was really friendly too!

Inexpensive burgers, great salads and you can also get shakes! We ordered to-go. I got the Baja Cobb salad with grilled chicken and my husband got the regular bacon cheeseburger. My salad was delicious and had just the right amount of kick to it. My husband’s burger on the other hand… was missing the bacon. I was pretty disappointed because we’ve been looking forward to eating here for quite some time but I was surprised to hear him say that even though they forgot the bacon, it was still a damn good burger! So of course, we will be back. Just work on your little mistakes Smashburger! :)

I’ve always had a great experience here! Every time I go in, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The service is fast but I would in no way compare this to a fast-food chain. These burgers are succulent and never leave me disappointed because I know that when I order a smash burger, I’m getting quality, Angus beef. Enjoy!

Another good burger joint. Quality is high similar to say 5 Guys however they have more creative options than the competition. The Colorado burger is a good example with the green chills. Pro tip: Fried green chilis are no longer on the menu but they’re still available. Order them instead of fries.

First time in a SmashBurger and it was pretty good. I didn’t care for the Smash fries at first since I’m not a fan of shoestring fries, but they ended up growing on me.
The burgers were yummy and delicious. I had the Bacon & Cheese, husband had the original Smash and then my daughter had the kids Cheeseburger.
I enjoyed the fact that they came to check on us twice during the meal. Didn’t expect that.
Will come again when we are in town for sure.

I’ve tried a few different things and all have been good. The value isn’t that great in my view. Portion size for cost seemed a little weak to me compared to the competition.
Counter staff has a great deal to do with the flow in the location. One I’ve experienced is fast, another slower which sure impacts how long the line gets.

I’ve heard great things about Smashburger so it seems I had an unusual experience as not much happened to make me want to return.
I ordered a chicken club which came out incorrectly, we asked for it to be corrected and the second round it was still wrong. The portion on the onion strings is quite little for the cost.
Such a small parking lot, and even during nonpeak hours finding a space was difficult.
Love that they serve coke zero, that almost makes me go for 3 stars. The modern décor is cool and the place was clean and bright with natural light.

I decided to try their chicken burger on this visit. It was a huge patty, but the toppings that come on the mushroom/swiss were sadly lacking. I asked for the truffle mayo on the side, but ended up with something that tasted like sriracha mayo (not bad, but not what I should have got).
I ordered the haystack fries which were tasty — but really couldn’t be called haystack sized.
I like that everything is cooked fresh for you, but next time I stop by a Smashburger I will be returning to their beefburgers.
Don’t forget all the free toppings they offer.

This Smashburger is new and very clean. The employees are nice and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long for my order. I got the Smashchicken with sweet potato fries which were served hot and fresh in less than 5 minutes. A burger and fries with drink will cost you over ten bucks but when you just need something quick to eat it will hit the spot.
It is located where Chipotle used to be next to Panda Express before they moved up to Chester Street. This is the nicest Smashburger I have been to.
