Freshly made popcorn, hand spun cotton candy, hot and tasty Churros, gourmet flavors Shave Ice, cold drinks, Popcornopolis popcorn including Zebra, Cheddar Cheese, Kettle Korn. Free giant cotton candy on your birthday. From December to March, on the weekends we serve made to order Beignets. We cater parties and special events. Open Friday thru Sunday from October to April, weather permitting. Open 7 days a week from May thru September! Hooray for the summer!

I love stopping at this place when I’m walking around Shoreline Village. I love churros and this is one place where you can get them fresh. Prices are surprisingly fair for this area. Next time I plan to try the Hawaiian shaved ice.

I love the popcorn, cotton candy, shaved ice, and churros at Blue Carousel in Shoreline Village. The manager was extremely nice and provided great customer service. The place is clean and makes you feel good. I will definitely come back again for the popcorn, shaved ice, and churros the next time I am down in Long Beach.

Usually everything around this area in Long Beach is so expensive, but to my surprise the Blue Carousel had great prices for the amount of food given! I ordered the nachos and they are delicious! Now every time I come to long beach I have to get an order of nachos and a churro! Also, the owner Marco is extremely nice and friendly! Try the snacks here and you will not be disappointed!

I was here last week on a rainy day, so there was no line. I had a Living Social voucher that expired, but the owner let me redeem it for the discounted value. He was very friendly and everything was made to order. I had the churros and cotton candy. The churros were ok, but the cotton candy was delicious. The portion size was very generous for the price. I’ll probably stop by here next time I’m in Long Beach.

Cute little place with fresh cotton candy and a California version of Hawaii’s shave ice. Prices are good considering the location. Line gets a bit long on holidays but it’s well worth it. Everything they sell at Disneyland, they sell here so you can get your churro /​frozen lemonade /​cotton candy fix here.
