Had a GREAT experience with Chris at Hava-​Rooter today! He was recommended by a friend and I’m so happy he was. He was pleasant, on-​time, took charge of the job and got it done fast. and, on top of all that, reasonably priced. I most definitely recommend Chris!

Chris from Hava Rooter is the best!!! We recently purchased our home in the South of Conant area and when we ran into a backed up main line today we didn’t know who to call. Our neighbor recommended Chris and I’m so glad we called him. He answered when I called and fit me in a few hours later the same day, even though he had multiple jobs he was rushing to service. He also gave me the prices up front, and was honest in explaining what the problem could be and how he would attempt to fix it. He actually remembered servicing our house for the previous owners and was very familiar with common plumbing problems in our area. He is truly the neighborhood plumber! He arrived early, was extremely fast in diagnosing and fixing the problem (his guess over the phone was spot on), cleaned up everything he touched, and he even took a look at a few other issues we were having and helped remedy them free of charge. To top it all off, he has the best prices in town. He’s just a solid, honest, good guy and that is all there is to it. If you have any sort of plumbing issues, call Chris from Hava!

Very professional… I had to call him today and he showed up soon after and took care of not just the cleanouts but also snaked the bathtubs. On top of his great service he didn’t charge me an arm & leg.

I would highly recommend this company. Chris is very honest and knowledgeable. He will usually fix the problem in one visit. He was on time, clean and fairly priced. What more can you ask for? This guy didn’t show up twice. First time called and said I need to reschedule, second time, no call back at all even tho he confirmed a few days earlier. Was recommended by neighbors, but left me High and Dry!

Chris at Hava-​rooter was recommended to us about 10 years ago. We call him out every two or three years to clean out the drain line where our Giant Chinese Elm tree invades the sewer line with its roots. Chris has always been friendly, prompt, does a great job, and his prices are fair. I would definitely recommend using him.

I called Chris at Hava Rooter after another plumber couldn’t fix a clogged toilet in my upstairs bathroom. Chris fixed the problem quickly and put a new wax seal under the leaking toilet. He is knowledgeable and honest. Hava Rooter is my new plumber! I will call them again.
