This was like my favorite store on Retro Row… The MCM swag, YSL pins, custom sneaks. Everything was fab about a year ago. Recently, I popped in to visit with a friend from the UK… And seriously the store looked like it had been raped by some taggers. They had almost only bare racks. The décor total fail. The place reeked of weed & the chick wasn’t friendly at all. Two stars for still being in business.

Who gave them anything less than a 5? I guess style is subjective. But, Yuskee is an awesome, inspiring person and so is his whole staff. They are so creative and yet friendly, down to earth and fair. They have unique, quality designs as well as classic Japanese vintage. This man will be legendary. Visit this shop ASAP!

I love this store.

Went back here in hopes of finding a vintage dress to wear for an upcoming baptism but wait, I didn’t see any. I mean, there are no dresses like period (okay maybe one or two but certainly not the same vast inventory as it was before). Also, take note that its at a newer location just down 4^th (head east on 4^th street). The newer location is a bit bigger and certainly pleasant to look at but nowhere near the same amount of vintage clothing it used to have. Also, I felt that it was more catered to men than women but I might be wrong.
If you’re looking for some Jeffrey Campbell’s though, you’ll find a few styles here (but that wasn’t the reason why I was there). Oh well.

Probably my fav vintage store in Long Beach. It’s the one I have to go to when I’m down there, because I almost always find something awesome. They have a lot of great stuff for guys, well not so much if you’re looking for that LA Hipster Pirate/​Archeologist look that’s so big right now, but more for that retro sports look. Granted, the prices have gone up quite a bit since I first went there, I guess they became a bit more hip to the game of what they’re selling. Although prices seem to have gone up allover 4^th street. Anyways, I don’t know why I’m telling you all about this hidden gem, because you might go there and buy up all the cool shit before I go again.

I just moved back to LA and was so excited to come across Imonni in Long Beach! This was one of my favorite 3^rd St. boutiques when I lived here a few years ago, and it was totally serendipitous that I found the new location! They have a well edited selection of vintage for men and women, Jeffrey Campbell shoes, and a few local brands like As Is (I bought a great Aztec printed tee from them yesterday). Definitely worth a trip to Retro Row!

Imonni is by far my favorite store on 4^th St. Although the place is really small, it doesnt feel crowded with junk. All items are in great shape and there isn’t the regular «vintage stench» roaming around the shop. Their prices are also really good in comparison to the neighboring stores. They have something for everyone’s different styles.

I LOVE Imonni. It has such a cute and funky atmosphere, full of amazing vintage finds. The woman who is usually working there is so nice, and you don’t feel pressured to buy something (even though it’s very difficult to resist.) The clothes, shoes, and accessories are organized so well and adorably that you just want to look through everything! Everything is reasonably priced considering what great things you’ll want to buy!

Vintage store of vintage stores!
I remember coming here often in high school, looking for the next cool thing to wear to dances or dates or even to football games! Yes, it can be on the pricier side but for many of the one-​of-​a-​kind pieces, totally worth it! I always find something that I can take home with me. Either a cute dress, flirty skirt, or creative jewelry and accessories! You really can tell that a lot of work and though goes into what is exactly being bought for the store. Thumbs up to the owners/​buyers! I think the owner is a Japanese lady who always is so helpful and nice! I also love how everything is merchandised and easy to look through and find.
Favorite vintage store! And probably my favorite store on 4^th street!

This is one of the reasons why I love 4^th St. Immoni always has the best selection of dresses in all sizes (and much more). Everytime I get a chance I always make it a custom to stop by… and now that Salon Pop moved down the street I have more of a reason to visit often.
Of course, it’s also fun to shop in a place with happy & friendly service :)

YES! Still amazing! They have the most gorgeous clothing here! I also really adore their belt selection, although a tad on the pricey side at most for $ 14 ea.
I got this ADORABLE dress that fits like a dress from Mad Men but with a print that says modern casual chic. And for only $ 28!
I went in looking for a dress for my 4 yr anniversary with my boyfriend. I first started looking at places with new clothes like Linne’s Boutique on Redondo or Be Me on Anaheim with that overly intrusive owner lady and just found it hard to find ONE item of clothing that I was even interested in trying on. I’m not going clubbing, I’m going to dinner with my boyfriend.
ENTER: Imonni. I went in the dressing room with eight dresses to try on and even a skirt that I wasn’t looking for. I kept walking around the store in their clothes trying on belts and surveying all the shoes. Thank God there wasn’t anyone waiting to try something on cause I was there for a frickin hour just trying on all their darling dresses and accessories!

Hi pretty awesome deals, and good collection, nice to meet you non pushy service with a smile, it was a pleasure, lets do lunch again.

Con: Parking is booty. Dangerous neighborhood (saw hipsters).
Pro: Non-​intimidating high quality vintage. The associate at that time looked like she’s an extra in Almost Famous. Place smelled of aloe vera and library book.

My friends and I came in here yesterday. I bought the cutest vintage poly blend fitted top with a vest here a little pricey but it looked so good on that I could resit. Plus I had my friend saying «YES». I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have a better selection but I was content with the few finds that I did get…
Jewelry. YES. I LOVE THE JEWELRY HERE. Not, the cheap stuff made out of plastic but the more kitschy $$ stuff. The owner and I (super rad mod Japanese lady)… I was looking at some pieces of jewelry that are located inside the case. The owner is a collector of a designer named Mikako and elaborated about the Japanese designer who is influenced by vintage jewelry. Mikako is inspired by the German postcard designs of the early 20^th century and has incorporated this into her pieces. Using vintage beads and rhinestones and natural stone. You have to check out her stuff! The owner told me that Mikako will be coming to Imonni in October with new stuff so I will be back!

My son scooped up some ill ass vintage kid shirts he can rock going back to school. Little man think he hype now.
Also, thank you for putting out a green boy’s blazer… even though it rests about 2 inches above my son’s wrist, it is PERFECT for his Hipster halloween costume!

The perfect selection of wearable vintage threads at great prices! I got a supercute purple tweed shift dress for $ 18 while my sister picked up a fitted black Lacoste sweater for cheap. She also got some nifty soft gray armwarmers, and there are also great boots and jewelry for sale. Great taste to be found at immoni!

I dig the fashionable, eclectic clothes, shoes, and hats at Immoni. Located on the thrift store /​antique store row of 4^th Street in Long Beach, Immoni offers fashionable second hand clothes at semi-​second hand prices. The stores curator and owner does a great job at refurbishing and buying cool digs to resell. Her clothes are in mint condition. And she places a lot of heart to her business. She organizes her clothes in a way that makes stuff easy to find. Out of all the thrift stores on the 4^th Street block, Immoni always stands out as being the best and most memorable. I love Immoni’s eclectic, bohemian style. Some of the other stores on 4^th Street row tend to be too 50’s rockabilly for my taste. Immoni is more me. I was there today and bought myself,
«a blaaaack beret… the kind you find at the second hand store. I wore the Immoni beret. You know I loooovvveeeeve it.» Prince would be proud of me butchering his song. But I do love my beret. I’m wearing it right now.

The prices here are justified since there are some items that are rare and command a higher price. I love their accessories and sometimes there’s a bargain bin that has clothes for $ 5.
The only drawback? I wish there were more sizes for us big girls, since I’m not a size 2. Then again, vintage clothing is known for its smaller sizes.

Every so often, I do the 4^th street stroll but most of the things are out of my budget. I usually skip Immoni, but today I decided to check it out and I’m so happy I did. Their selection is absolutely amazing and reasonably priced, although some things are pricey it’s probably because they are rare and in great condition (like this adorable whale printed dress for $ 78). I bought a cute red hippie/​westernish dress and a strawberry printed high waisted skirt with big ol pockets. I’m going to have to come back here again, after payday because I think I’m going to blow more money next time.
The girl working there was nice and there wasn’t any attitude. I’m really impressed with Immoni, I think it’s my favorite vintage clothing store ever.

I love Immoni. But even more, I love the owner Eiko. She is the sweetest woman in the world, and a great entrepreneur. She opened up an alteration shop a few doors down as well. She offers great sales (and always makes sure that I get a discount because she loves me.)
Immoni also does «Pop and Fuzz», or is it «Fuzz and Pop»? Darn it… anyways, it’s held at the Pike once a month with DJ’s and dancing and sort of a mod theme and I like run on scentences.
She also will do full blown catered parties, open to whomever, for new opening and anniversaries.
Eiko told me that she was going to buy the old Uncle Morty’s building next door and turn it into an awesome classy Saki bar, but I see that it’s been turned into a Mexican joint instead.
PS. She is a grandmother, and party girl, a fashion expert, and the sweetest lady ever. She does whatever in her power to help others and really knows her stuff when it comes to Vintage.
