We recently purchase a home that was listed by Keller Williams Pacific Estates. Both during escrow and upon taking possession of the property, we’ve discovered numerous things that were lied about in the listing.
Escrow was also through Pacific Estates — more than once we were asked to provide documents that were either sent weeks before or that hadn’t been sent to us for signature yet. At closing, our documents were mailed to our old address, despite having listed the property as our forwarding address on every document provided.
Overall, it seemed like Pacific Estates needs to focus a little more on verifying details both before listing properties and while they are in escrow.

Please Stay away from Ralph Ruiz, he was involved as the representative for the buyer and the seller for a listing in Pico Rivera, he took advantage of the tenants by means of lying and deceptiveness, this man is not to be trusted, he came onto the property under the pretense of being and insurance adjuster, which was lie #1, then he contacted the Tenants and admitted as much, Instead of being honest right from the get go he let things drag out until the 30 day notice for this family had come and gone, he promised to get the security deposit back for the tenants in return for access to the property and cooperation, his answer was always tomorrow, next week and let me call you back, he would never answer his phone or return calls or text, this man is playing with peoples lives and well being. This whole situation caused my grandmother to have a stroke, 2 nights ago.

DO NOT USE! There is a listing in Newport Heights on 526 Westminster Ave, Newport Beach, CA 92 663. My friend and I have called and emailed repeatedly and have gotten NO RESPONSE from the realtor in terms of renting or showing us the property!
The agent is Keven Stirdivant. HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AGENT. No excuse for this. AT ALL. The property is still for rent! He could have had it rented by now!
