History

Established in 2008.

We’ve been real estate agents for quite sometime now and we both really enjoy building relationships with our happy clients over the years as we’ve sold many homes all over Southern California. We gained a tremendous amount of experience at our old brokerage as we mastered the art of negotiating for our buyers and switched companies years later to understand how to help our sellers receive maximum results. We have a very happy clientele that we constantly stay in touch with as we work mostly by referral due to our excellent service that we provide.

Alan & Martha Silva are a husband and wife real estate team that are very dedicated to their profession. They are a full time team that produces favorable results to their clients over the year. This team has a combined 17 uninterrupted years of modern day real estate experience. Both of them have worked for two of the most recognized real estate companies around in Century 21 and Keller Williams Realty. Throughout the years, these two professionals have excelled in representing both types of clients (buying and selling) throughout all types of challenging markets in Southern California. This team has its slogan called «Experience The Silva Strategy» for a reason. Its a favorable, relationship building experience for all of their happy clients when a transaction is completed.
