I stopped in today so I could exchange a couple shirts I had ordered online. Lauryn and Aaron we’re helpful & friendly; absolute textbook customer service that John Nordstrom or Walt Disney would be proud of. They had two of the shirts in stock and helped me return/order to exchange the one they didn’t have. Aaron also suggested I try on another shirt they had which I ended up buying because it was a great shirt. This is now my favorite Lucky Brand store and I will be recommending it to others.

This is my favorite Lucky Brand store! My husband and I always receive wonderful customer service from the employees at this location. I appreciate the fact that we never feel pressured to make a purchase or to try something on that we didn’t take into the fitting room ourselves. I love the chill atmosphere… my idea of the perfect way to shop. This store is always well stocked and visuals are spot on… very inviting. And the clothing? Well, it’s Lucky Brand. Great quality, awesome fit and the best selection of clothing for both men and women. My husband and I always leave here with a new outfit or two… or three. Lucky me :-)

I usually get Lucky here. Such a good feeling to find what you’re looking for and then pull out when you’re done. They also have a section of huge discounts. You just might get lucky and grab a couple for yourself. There’s not a wide selection here, but compared to dealing with the congestion of a Department store, this is a better way to go. Especially when you’re walking distance to many different restaurants, coffee shops, dessert establishments all up and down 2nd St. Whew, after this review, I need a drink. Simmzy’s next door is a great choice. 4 stars because service is not consistent.

I walked into this store about two weeks ago on a Sunday with my younger sister. A couple of customers were at the register and on their way out besides that the store was empty, the employees were all in the center of the store talking and turned as we walked in and continued talking. I walked out and came back in again, nothing there was no acknowledgement of our presence. We kept talking about how much we loved a necklace and ring set and asked out loud how much they were but no one helped. So i went to back of the store to see the jeans that were on sale, the 00 were on the very top and made it a point to reach for them and say i need the 00 and the employee right next to me folding jeans made no attempt to ask for help. I walked out without buying anything as much as i wanted to and there was still no acknowledgment. This place has horrible customer service and I would hate to say it was a racial thing but it seems like it was, the employees were all light skinned and i am dark. The customers who they had actually spoken to were also light skinned. Never coming back here again.

Recently called about a return that I had from another store and was greeted by Aaron. He gave me excellent customer service and advice about closer locations, since my purchase was actually at an outlet Lucky. He saved me a trip to the store and was super polite and helpful. Yay Aaron!

I came here on Saturday afternoon the store was over crowded and small. I was helped by a small frumpy girl with long hair and huge personality that was overwhelming she kept asking me about my personal life and if i lived in the area. And i dont feel thats any of her business it wasnt until i gave her the leave me alone look that she finally left me alone. When i tried things on another associate helped me into my fitting room and kept pushing merchanise at me things i didnt even like i just wanted to try some jeans and maybe buy them. But instead these people tried so hard to attempt to sell me something over priced and fake enough to ask me about my life as if they are my friends just fold your clothes and if i need help ill ask. And when i was done trying on my clothes I felt like the associates werent so friendly anymore once they realized i wasnt going to spend $ 1,000 in thier store. Not only do they just have all white employees but they also are rude if you arent gonna spend more then 200 at thier store. I love lucky i always shop online and im glad i do i avoid the judgmental noisy employees that just dont know when to stop.

Today I went shopping before an informal meet and greet for a potential job. I do not normally Unilocal but today’s experience was above and beyond 5 stars. Aaron greeted me as I walked in the door and went the extra step in everything he did from grabbing me a cute accessory to making sure my shirt was not wrinkled. If you go in make sure he helps you. This store is lucky to have him. Thank you Aaron!

I’ve been to 2 lucky brand lately. One is here and the other is at the block of orange. Both stores have great stuff. Very friendly. Very helpful. Not pushy at all. The most important is they have great sales. It’s been a great shopping experience at the lucky brand!!!

Great little store on 2nd street. Can be pricey but if you stick to their specials and sales you get great deals. I love their t-shirts and their jeans have great fit!

Great little neighborhood denim store with genuinely nice people to help you. Don’t be shy, just ask for help and their opinion. They’ll do their darndest to try and find you a great pair of jeans or cool top and you’ll get an honest opinion on how they look on you! A lot of stores on 2nd street are pretty low key, with low key and casual employees. Some talk too much to eachother about personal stuff rather then try and help you(Kimberly’s for instance) but when you’re in LBJ, it’s like you’re a friend or neighbor coming by to say hello. They’re cool and friendly and make a damn good pair of jeans to fit just about anyone. None of that ultra trendy busy back pocket denim that goes for $ 150 plus. Also, Lucky just lowered their denim prices and aren’t shoving it down our throats, so it’s a great time to shop!

My husband is difficult to please when it comes to purchasing a pair of pants. Even more so with jeans. Spotted a 50−75% off sale inside and decided to drag him in, even though we have only gone in once before. Matt was a very cool salesperson who checked the entire sale table searching for J’s size. The sales items were getting few and far between, but I did leave with a $ 16 adjustable tank with a perfect summer print. While J did not make a purchase, he now knows that Lucky carries a fit he would wear(181s). That makes me happy.

After having a monstrous sized baby leaving me with a monstrous sized body I no longer enjoy the experience of shopping. But when I waltzed past Lucky Brand clothing and saw the humongous 50% off sale my heart went all pitter patter… sigh. Nothing will fit me I tell myself. Nothing. After I wander around the store I notice a rad David Bowie shirt that I’m sure will fit me like sausage in casing. I take a leap of faith and grab both a large and extra large to try on. You know what people? I am a god damn large at Lucky Brand-oh what!!! That’s right a large-who knew? It made me feel so good I bought it even though I already have a Ziggy Stardust shirt. Thank you Lucky Brand for letting me believe, I’m skinny, if only for a day. The customer service here is impeccable. My guy hates shopping but with the assistance we were given he walked out of that store with three pairs of jeans which if you knew him is quite an achievement. I’m going to let you in on a little secret. Sign up for their membership card even if you know you will get denied you will still get the $ 20 off. Do it.
