I loved the customer service i recieved when i got there and i love the way the groomer made our baby, a maltipoo, feel safe (he was a bit scared when he got there) will definitely be bringing our baby back to Pupazzoo.

I took my shih tzu here to get groomed. I warned them that he didn’t like his facial hair to be cut and that he would pull away. I left him there and he seemed excited to stay. When my husband picked him up and brought him home he looked like a whole new dog! He smelled good and felt so soft and no complaints from the groomer they said he was perfectly behaved, surprisingly! I’ll definitely be coming back and reasonable prices.

Highly recommended for small-​to-​mid sized dogs at a great price. The owner genuinely cares for animals. He will get to know your dog on a first name basis with a few regular checkins, remember what your preferences are, and go out of his way to ensure you are pleased with the visit as best as he can.
An observation is how calm the dogs are. With their many kennels, you would expect the dogs to be crying, but they are all surprisingly calm – even while receiving their haircuts!
For first timers, I would suggest not getting the fragrance applied. Not sure if it’s from the shampoo or a perfume, but it does catch you off-​guard if you are not expecting it. Be vocal and let the groomers know what you like and don’t like – they enjoy making you happy!

Awesome awesome awesome! the only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because I called the place just to get a update on my fur baby and the girl sounded annoyed. As a dog mommy I do get worried and anxious when he goes to the groomers or vet so I am going to be calling making sure he’s okay. She sounded annoyed even though it was my 1st time calling for a update. But besides that they always handle Odi so well, haircut and everything is so awesome.

This place is fantastic! We live in Orange and we either make arrangements to get her picked up or we take her. It’s a long a drive but well worth it. Our dog comes homes looking exactly for what we asked for. They make great recommendations when we have questions and they really know what they are doing!
She also comes home smelling so good! I highly recommend to anyone.

I took my 5 month old fur baby here today and overall the haircut and everything was great but I supposedly payed for the tick & flea bath and when I got him I still seen at least two on his body. I didn’t want my baby to keep on itching that’s why I paid that extra money for it.

Every time I come in the get my baby Sophie groomed, the service is good.
The haircuts for the most part are hit and miss.
I have came here for about 2 yrs now and I feel like because they are getting busier with a larger clientele, the service is starting to suffer.
Also, I originally came here because it was the most recently priced grooming service around, but I feel like every time I come back I am being charged extra.
Before I could leave with a 40 $ tab for Soph now every time I go I spend 60+

This place is great! I usually get complaints about my dog Being hard to handle and then they would charge me extra and not even finish the cut, BUT THIS PLACE is great! No complaints, got the job done quickly, and the haircut looks awesome! Definitely will go back. They are now my dogs new groomers

This is my new go to place! My boyfriend took my three German Shepherds (one is a mix) and they did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier, they look so good and they are no longer shedding all over the house. They especially did a great job considering the fact that my three pups reeked like skunk and they smell amazing now!

I only ever walked into Pupazzo because it was next door to my favorite Cambodian restaurant and they had a sign for doggy birthday cakes.
I sought their services because they do anesthesia-​free dental cleaning for $ 45 for my 4lb maltipoo which is pretty good compared to the docs prices. I wish I had a before and after picture because the owner did an AMAZINGLY job. I tried everything on her teeth and nothing was working. He got her teeth so bright and white, and her breath smelling so good! I swear by this service— its quality! Book in advance though, takes up to a couple hours.
I then took in Mimi for grooming. I ask for a size 4 cut and they never cut too much off like other groomers in the past. They cut in all the right places and I love that they FLUFF her! It brings out the poodle in her and its so cute. The groomer, the one with dark hair and bangs is awesome and knows how to handle my fiesty girl. Thanks Pupazzo! Miracle will now be a faithful client.

I have a large husky that sheds an unbelievable amount. The furminator treatment they do for my husky saves my life! He comes home so happy & so beautiful! :) They really take the time to brush him & get his coat looking beautiful.
My other pup is a mini Australian Shepherd who has long wavy hair that gets dirty and matted. He gets a bath & his hair cut when I bring him here. He comes home looking so fresh & clean.
They are able to get your pups in quickly & take good care of them, making them clean & beautiful!

Our doggie got in a bit of a scuffle with a skunk the other night, and sadly the skunk won. Not only did my doggie «tap out» but he also got sprayed by the skunk. Before he could stink up more of the atmosphere, I called pupazzo, and they saved the day.
They picked him up within the 15 minutes they said they would, and gave him the bath of his life. All for a price that was beyond reasonable. Excellent everything! Very happy.

Took my pup, Daisy, here to get a haircut as well as a teeth and ear cleaning and a nail cut and grinding. I went in with an appointment and less than 2 hours later, she was done. Considering all the work she had done on her, the prices were a steal. All of that was for only 60 dollars !
Daisy is usually an aggressive dog because she was traumatized from getting her nails cut before but when I picked her up she seemed normal and just anxious to get home. They treat the dogs there so kindly and I can tell that this is a great place to bring your dog just by the way they talk to them. This is the go-​to place to take your dog for all of his or her grooming needs !

I took hi. here for his very first hair cut and this is my dog groomer, i only take my dog here. they do such a good job!
and they sell clothes dog accessory and from for dogs ! It’s affordable here!
