People are rude. Pieces are ridiculous prices I asked if for my birthday I could get a 25 $ piece for 20 and this piece is not even 2 inches and he said no. Unless your a baller. I wouldn’t waste your time in there

I have to say, this place has improved DRASTICALLY since 2009. It’s like night and day. Prices are low to moderate, no longer way overpriced for the quality of the the items. Each time I’ve been in there the past couple months everyone has been very kind, attentive, and helpful. Thanks for coming back up, guys!

Overpriced and the yell at you for leaning on the counter when your shopping! Rude workers… don’t shop here there are 3 places nearby way better.

I like this place and their selection. The workers are nice and friendly. I’ve been vaping to replace my cigarette smoking and this place has the stuff. Their selection isn’t very big, but for some reason, I feel like I’m not being ripped off here and that I’m happy to support their store. Their flavors are good. Their prices on the vapes are pretty decent too. And they’ll tell you exactly what they are charging you for and how much.
Their store is actually a nice size. And You feel very UN-​Rushed unlike Vapor Craze down the street.

Once again rick wickeds knows their product so well. I bought a tank to my ecig. They are very helpful. They are chill and informative. They also get down on First Friday’s Art Walk with a DJ or 2.

First time at this place. Cool atmosphere, super helpful staff. Allan was very knowledgeable and very nice. Will definitely buy my next piece from them

This place blowsand steals like none other… if you go for a repair they will take it for at least two weeks, blow you off, and then raise the price suddenly when you come to pick it up (so you have no choice but to pay more… and there glass blower is not on site). They know little to nothing about the glass industry, they barely know witch artists they work with and most of their «high end» glass is really chinatown knock-offs.if you think this place is worth going to… then you should check out more pipe shops… if you don’t want to leave lb then hit up High Priority Glass on broadway and temple (no I don’t work there). Remember just cause your at a pipe shop does not mean you have to settle for unprofessional stoners… I saw one of the guys close the shop for over an hour to go blaze at a clinic around the corner!!! Wow!!!

I’ve been meaning to write a review for Rick Wickeds for. gosh. an embarrassingly long time. Sorry Rick!
Love both locations, 3410 E. 11^th and 2037 Pacific but this review is for the 11^th Street store specifically.
I’m not admitting any guilt here, but *somehow* my boyfriends collectors piece got dropped, and the glass chamber shattered into a gazillion pieces, major booboo. He’d put some major miles on it up to that point, they’d had many good times (apparently), so I could tell he was really heartbroken though he was trying to man up lol.
I hunted around the internet for about 6 months looking for a more local place that would at least take a peek at what was left (just the base) so I wouldn’t have to mail it away to get it fixed. I forget who, but someone told me Rick’s might be able to fix it, so I gave them a call. I described the base, or what was left of it anyway, and what I was *hoping* they could do to make it all better. It only dawned on me to call and get the ball rolling a week before Christmas, so I was expecting a substantial wait.
Much to my surprise, the guy said he thought it would be a rather easy fix, and I took it in that very day. He did an amazing job AND got it back to me in 4 days! My man was SO surprised on Christmas morning when he saw his baby was back in one piece again, you couldn’t wipe the smile off his face :) Oh happy day!

if you really care about your piece, dont bring it here to get repaired, they will change up the price not once not twice but maybe 3 times. They hold on to stuff like THEY own it. Alot of overprice china glass. They dont even know the names of the artists who do the work they sell LAME. If you want to pick up papers or a lighter then sure this place is ok but they fail everywhere else. save the time and hassle and go to a real glass shop

This place the worst customer service ever.
I can understand a place that deals with alot of young adults will be a bit uncaring towards its customers, but this place takes the cake. They will regularly change prices after you choose an item, and you will never get the same quote twice. They have a killed selection, but it feels like I am walking into comic book guy’s store every time I come in.
Hey guys, you are not doing the community a favor by just existing! With so much business going through local tobacco shops in the area, this is a time to step it up!

Rick Wicked’s makes me feel like a kid at a candy shop. I LOVE shopping for paraphernalia, and this place is one of the best I’ve seen. Their selection of water pipes, pipes, cigars, lighters, cigarettes, is amazing. Anything you need, you’ll most likely find it here.
I just purchased a water pipe from them, and I absolutely LOVE it. I’ve never been happier. Haha, but yeah… if you love smoking, and you love shopping for nifty gadgets to try… check this place out.
Staff is friendly. They have street-​side parking, but I usually find parking across the street and jaywalk across the street: P

it’s like this! i have been going here since i was not even old enough to even get buzzed into the door. this place is the ultimate best. i love all the family members, i even gave my kitten to the store to adopt. now that they split the ultimate smoke shop into 2, well it’s sad still but we now get two great smoke shops on both sides of town. happy 4:20 see you when my shit breaks
It can be pricey but you get the best quality

I purchase the tubes to roll my own cigs at this location. They have everything that is related to smoking. When I say everything, I mean everything.
The staff is top notch. Five stars all the way!

Just go to the one that is closest. Purchase 4 or 5 blunts, primetimes, a pipe, some lighters and incense, a dildoe, salvia, a couple skateboards, a hookah, some other cool shit, a volcano, a rad ashtray., serious shades. Then come over to my house and have a serious party.
Oh and, purchase one of those detoxes so you pass your peepee test the next day.
They handblow their glass, they are good looking, nice, knowledgable and helpful. Large selection. The jams are always kickin’ and everything is reasonably priced.
What more do you want? The weed? The Vapor Lounge (a medical cannabis dispensary) is upstairs.
