Sabi’s Eyebrow Threading

sabi is just great! she gives such a warm welcome as soon as you walk into the shop! she thanks her customers alot! (which is a good thing) she did a great job on my eyebrows! im glad to say that i have found a closer, cheaper place to get my eyebrows done! :) thanks sabi! keep doing what your doing! :)

Only place I will come to get my eyebrows done, I personally only like the way Sabi does my eyebrows.

I waited an hour to be seen because her check in system is not being used and therefore unreliable. I voiced this out to Sabi but she didn’t seem to think anything of it. Not an apology nothing. Not the usual customer service that I’m used to from this place. Quite disappointing.

I’ve been coming here for 2 ½ years now! Sabi and one other woman that works here but I didn’t catch her name ARE AMAZING! When I find a good place I tend to stay faithful no matter the distance. I use to come from Hawaiian gardens just to see Sabi when I first found her. Then when i moved in the area I continued to come. Be very frank and tell Sabi what u want and she will deliver. LOVE U SABI! Nilam is awesome too!!!

Love Sabi. She is the best at threading! Always consistent in getting it done as painless and hairless as possible.

What you should all know about Mrs. Sabi and her establishment.
If you’re looking for an upscale and trendy place, with air conditioning and lavish seating. This is not the place to find that BUT don’t let the mismatched chairs and big portable fan fool you.
Sabi is a professional and she is great at what she does.
I came across her location in a desperate state of I-can’t-take-my-hairy-eyebrows-any longer. I’m quite picky and was a little hesitant (since I had my go-​to threader). I needed something closer to work, so I decided to give Sabi a try.
Customer service: Extremely personable. Sweet lady. I like that she actually holds a conversation and doesn’t awkwardly hover over you like some other threaders.
Quality: the quality of her threading is great. She’s light handed and very quick.
She designs the eyebrows at your request. No need to worry about thin line eyebrows if your request was a full clean look.
Pricing: very affordable.
$ 8 (Eyebrows) .50 cent additional charge if you pay with a debit/​credit card.
You also get a punch card to earn a free thread after a certain amount of visits.
Location. It’s located in a little plaza. Parking has never been an issue on any of my visits.
* I usually call before going to make sure Sabi is there. I believe her days off are Wednesday, but I may be wrong.

I have 2 reasons to visit Long Beach. 1. My Favorite Cousin & 2. Sabi.
Sabi knows what she is doing and can usually fix messed up job. She remembers me even when my visits are over 4 months apart.

clean, convenient, & reasonably priced! the lady who threaded my eyebrows did a great job and was very friendly. I was looking for a threading place in Long Beach since I recently moved here & I have to say that I will definitely come back again.

My first visit here was very quick and simple; I came around lunch time, and there was no wait at all. My eyebrows are naturally on the sparser side, so I usually ask for them to just be cleaned up, which Sabi did well. They did come out a tad bit thinner than I’d prefer, or from what I’m used to, but the work was still clean and suited my face shape. Next time I will just specify to keep them a little thicker. Yes, Sabi is a little rougher when she threads, but it wasn’t unbearable at all. Would definitely come back whenever I can’t go out to my Lakewood or Cerritos location.

i used to have my eyebrows waxed for years until the last few times I had skin irritation and burns because they get the wax on my eye lids (probably in a hurry and rushing). Forget that now that I have discovered Sabi’s. Lovely woman very friendly and must have thanked me 5 times for coming to her. I have had some pain from other times I have had threading done. Sabi was very good. Everyone knows threading can hurt, but I can honestly say, I was pleasantly surprised at how relatively painless this brow threading was. i will recommend Sabi to my friends and will definitely return for all my threading needs. Thanks Sabi for a pleasant experience.

I loved coming to sabi always had my eyebrows threaded here until my recent visit I tried to use all the stamps and get my free threading yet she said it is 50% off now. How bad can one free threading hurt? She should have honored her promotion. I went back again and I just am no longer satisfied anymore with their service. A new eyebrow threading place? Absolutely !

Sabi is my go to girl! I have followed her around from Cerritos! for about 10 years! I refuse to let anyone touch my eyebrows! I get compliments all the time!!!

So I’m not one to write reviews, but I went in not reading anything from Unilocal two girls ahead of me both complained about their eyebrows being uneven and had both ladies sit there and try to fix them. As I watched I figured I still have time to slip out the door. Nope the lady caught me and said she was ready at the very end. So I get mine done she does it HARD and fast I’ve never had threading hurt before not like this. She cut my eyelid AND messed up my life eyebrow and made them uneven. Safe to say I should have ran while I had the chance I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless they want uneven eyebrows and a painful experience

First, I will say that Sabi is a great threader. Unfortunately, due to her failure to honor my well-​deserved «free threading» after purchase of 10 (and only offering 50% off), she is losing me as a loyal customer. I would drive 30 minutes out of my way just to get threaded by her.
It is beyond unprofessional to re-​write the terms of a promotion when I only had 2 more stamps to go. She made the cards, she should honor them until they are no longer in circulation.
Take heed, Sabi. I’m not the only person who feels this way.

Not happy with my experience at Sabi’s today. I only went there because I had completed my frequent use card so I was looking forward to getting my eyebrows done for free only to be told she wouldn’t honor my card. She lied and said they stopped taking the cards a long time ago and would only give me 50% off. No where is it posted that she is no longer honoring the cards therefore it was really poor customer service on her part to not take the card.
I was never all that thrilled with her eyebrow skills anyway, as she is too rough. I eventually found a young girl that worked in her shop that I liked but it appears she has left. Then there’s an older lady that works there but is just okay. With all that said I won’t be back to Sabi’s. It’s time to find a new threader.

If Sabi is there, she does good eyebrows. If she isn’t there I won’t let anyone else do them. Be cautious, had a painful experience with one of the other women that works there.

Been coming here for about a year. Brows come out okay. Decent for the price. I have a promotion card where you buy 10 get 1 service free. I go in and need one more visit for free services and am told that this offer is no longer going on. The lady waited until the last moment to revoke this offer…
And for this, you lost a customer. I won’t be returning.

I have been coming to Sabi every since she was working for another place. She opened her own place and me and my wife have been coming here ever since it’s been years. Today I went in to get my eyebrows done and there was an older lady there doing eyebrows I am in a rush so we just got them done I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had. It felt like torture my eyebrows look like s*** I didn’t want the lady to even attempt to fix them because it hurts so much. I’m sorry but you need hire better help someone with better experience will never come here again

Sabi was really rushed, rude and stressed out today. I agree with the other Unilocalers on here that she typically does a good job; but I have cuts all over my eyebrow (see photo I posted). This is unacceptable– not to mention painful! :(
